Super friendly host Thoughtfully decorated, clean b&b - everything was thought of and nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was provided in the kitchen to take whatever you wanted whenever you wanted

The location wasn’t really near anything, but it was a short journey from the airport and an easy bus ride to town (bus stop right outside the B&B)

Clean and spacious room, including a kitchenette and private bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, ideal for 2-3 guests. There's a jacuzzi also in the shared patio area. Very kind and welcoming staff/owners. They provide also free Wi-Fi and a wide choice of snacks and beverages for breakfast. Easy access to highways (A14, A25, SS16) and airport, to the city center and beaches, as well as to the inland and mountains. Plenty of street parking just outside the gate. The neighborhood looks safe, despite the industrial suburb surroundings.

Nothing in particular. Maybe some additional shelves/cabinets could be useful, but this was not a problem for us.

Tony, the owner, was nice and super helpful. We liked the rooms a lot, they looked cool and stylish. The TV was also good and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was available whenever you wanted it and there were quite a lot of options. The location was quite nice - there was a bus stop close by that can take you to the city center in 7 minutes. And you can walk a little bit farther to the beach. We also had some small local restaurants close by. A pizzeria and a kebab place. The airport is about 2kms from the B&B and the same for the closest train station which is very convenient.

Lovely little personal bed and breakfast, clean and comfortable, probably one of the comfiest beds ive ever slept in! Very helpful and friendly owner, happy to help wherever he can, great communal kitchen with great choices for breakfast. Great place to stay if you are flying out from that area. Would definitely reccommend.

My mistake was i thought it was closer to the old town and the centre. No complaints at all otherwise

A super clean room, very kind and helpful personnel. A lot of options for breakfast. Maybe the most comfortable hotel we have visited in Italy during holidays. Also there is an option to rent bikes for a good price, it's a really good idea to see the city!

Great place for one or a few nights. Good breakfast. Very friendly host, nicely furnished room, especially the pictures on the walls. A pleasant place to sit in the garden. Parking space in front of the house. The airport is close but not intrusive because there are no planes arriving or departing at night. A special experience.

Everything was exceptionally clean and we had a very warm welcome

30 sec from the bus stop that can bring you downtown in 20 min.

Tony was very welcoming, especially as we were several hours late arriving. He was also so very helpful and kind. Lots of food provided for breakfast. Clean and tidy.

That we could not stay longer. It was so lovely.

Extremely convenient location for the airport. Property was exceptionally clean and the decor was so different from chain hotels where every room is exactly the same. Tony the host was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

The bed was comfortable and the premises had secured parking for our motorcycle €5 per night which was good for us Tony advised a very good local restaurant which we thought was one of the best restaurants we have been to in Italy. Highly recommend staying here
