Nice room, big parking , convienient pool, very good breakfast, great Staff with very good English .

We took just one night there on the route so it was all ok but this is located rather in industrial/commercial area .

Perfect location. Cozy room with daily cleaning service. Fantastic breakfast. Great outdoor pool. Staff were helpful and willing to accommodate my needs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old, the room was clean, but the furniture updated, still decent and comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay.

setting: 30 minutes from Venice, 30 minutes from Prosecco Route; staff is very helpful and personable; pool area is beautiful; rooms are large; very good breakfast buffet; dinner meal was delicious.

the only suggestion we would offer is to have a more meal options in the evening, for those who want something simple and light rather than a multi-course meal.

Noise from. Odessa until gone 3pm Very tiny fridge Chairs around the pool broken, husband fell off and badly bruised his hand. No ice offered when shown to receptionist.

I had to check in after 1am because of a delayed flight and they waited for me to arrive and help me get a taxi in the morning. Service highly appreciated

Perfect for staying one night when road tripping. Very nice personal and room was nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was nice too with great prices.

There were so many mosquitos around the pool that we could not be there, got 30 bites in less than 5 min. And the breakfast could be better, was only sweet things.

The included breakfast was exceptional and included a large range of different yoghurt, pastries, cereals, etc. The rooms and beds were comfortable and included a mini fridge which we found useful.

The location is not the best, located in quite an industrial area north of Treviso.

Hotel is clean but some rooms have this wood-treated-for-mold smell. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly though sometimes gesture is better than English. The (hotel's) restaurant prices are competitive and the food is good.

Spresiano as locality is... forgotten and poorly connected. Of course, if you are "by car" then it's not an impediment. I even saw two electric poles :-)
