as the others stated it is an exceptional place to stay 5* service and breakfast, magnificent garden the fridge filled with cold drinks for a reasonable price was a super surprise (the prosecco was so great that we could not drink the free wine, and at the end, we took home 20 bottles :-))) it was convenient to leave the car at Lancenigo station for free (5 min by car) and go to Venice on the train. to go to Treviso is also easy, there is a huge free parking area right next to the historical centre I must mention also that Eat pizza takeaway right on the other side of the street can save your life with very tasty thin pizzas :-)

We loved Maison Sylvia. Sylvia was an impeccable host who gave us our space but was available when needed. The welcome Prosecco upon arrival, the lovely breakfast in the garden and the complimentary water in the room were details that we loved. The apartment is very stylishly furnished, set within a well-appointed garden and property. It has a Sky TV subscription and to our 13-year old’s delight is equipped with an X-Box and PS3.

We had no complaints whatsoever

Everything was outstanding! You need a car to get around, but everything you might need is nearby, and the property (including the parking) is very safe, secure, and quiet. We had a great time. By any standard this is an outstanding, and memorable place to stay. We travel a lot, we will always remember our stay at Maison Silvia.

There is nothing to dislike!

We stayed in Maison Silvia for 6 nights - our stay was really excellent and as good as a 5-star Hotel! The accomoodation is beautifully decorated, tastefull and so comfortable. All the furnishings and fittings are to a very high standard with great attention to detail. Silvia serves a perfect breakfast delivered to your room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Silvia who is a wonderful, kind and helpful hostess. Silvia offered to pick us up from Marco Polo airport and drop us off at the airport again at a very reasonable rate and saved a lot of time. Trains and buses would also work but that would be easier when you know the area. We loved using the No 4 bus to visit and explore Treviso centre. Treviso is a very calm and pleasant city and the bus stop is only 100m from the Maison. This bus also takes you to the railway station for trains. Download the MOM app for the bus timetable and by the tickets in advance at a Tabacchi. The trains were frequent and very convenient for us to make day visits the amazing Padua and Venice. We had a crowded wet day in Venice and enjoyed Padua much more. We were able to get the 112 subarban bus to visit the beautiful town of Asolo - which involved a half hour climb up the road from Ca'Vescovo stop. Suburban bus tickets are needed for this trip. Others may find it more convenient to hire a car to tour the area. We really enjoyed using Silvia's 2 city bikes for the 5km journey into town - cycling paths are easily used. For cycling enthusiasts the Pinarello headquarters and show room is only 10 mins from Silvia's by bike.

There is nothing not to like about Maison Silvia!

Beautiful Italian villa with very nice garden. Amazing interior; original wooden parts are preserved and renovated, on the other hand modern furniture and designer pieces are carefully picked to compliment the space. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is just great. Whole place is equipped with everything you can just wish for a really pleasant stay. Host Silvia is really friendly and prepares an amazing Italian breakfast in the morning. Top of the top!

Italian way of life at it's best. Silvia is living it big time. When you come you realise there is no place in the world like Italy. Absolute recomendation.

The guesthouse is amazing, everything is beautifully decorated, the bathroom is very spacious and clean and the bed was like a cloud! Silvia was very welcoming and friendly and spared no effort in making our stay like a dream. She made a reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant in the city center of Treviso and she made a delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs, toast and cappuccino at 6am! Upon arrival you even receive a little surprise gift! This place is very special and very much worth its value! Book it now.
