Too simple and not the best breakfast, you have to think about it. Your guests are coming from all aroind the world, so they want to see eggs, vegetables, fruit, not sweets. Would be happy to come more and more, but breakfast is not very good. MAURO, do something, food is not so expensive.

Perfectly suited to the Treviso parkrun 😀🏃‍♂️

We chose this location as it was a 5 minute walk from Treviso Parkrun. We had a car which was very helpful. The guest house is situated outside the city in a lovely semi rural location. We arrived early and Mauro allowed us to check in earlier than normal which after an early flight was most welcome. Lovely room and en-suite with air conditioning. Breakfast was continental of coffee, croissant, fruit and yoghurt which was perfect for us. A very friendly family run guest house which we would thoroughly recommend.

Gorgeous room and en-suite. Very peaceful setting - couple minutes walk to parkrun start line! Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Easy to get to on public transport - number 7 bus directly outside train station takes you there. Would definitely recommend.

Was a short walk in the evening to find a restaurant. First one had closed down and second had a private booking! But should have researched it but better in advance!

The room was very big and conformable. We booked a room with an external bathroom per mistake. The owner gave us a room with bathroom at no extra cost. Just got an upgrade as he was very friendly and willing to help. Much appreciated! The rooms and bathrooms wete great! Would recommend it to anyone

The breakfast could have a bit more variety. However, everything was fresh and nice

The breakfast was more than ample with a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, fresh orange juice and excellent cappuccino. The B&B is located in very nicely restored old building that is well suited for a countryside setting. The location is quiet and and excellent place to unwind. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and beds are firm for an excellent night’s sleeping. Travellers with young children will be able to enjoy an above ground pool during the very warm days.

Very clean and spacious place - very close to the start of parkrun if this is your thing. Super friendly staff in a beautiful and quiet location.

Check in is fairly restricted between 6.30pm - 8.30pm. So plan your visit around this. The checkout was 10am but flexibility was granted on request.

Charming place slightly outside of the traffic. Charming woman who doesn't speak English communicated by hand gestures and showing us how to do things. I loved her!

Bathroom was outside of our room but it really wasn't a problem... just something I'm not used to but the charm more than made up for the ever so slight inconvenience.

Room was excellent, and beautiful design - exceeded all our expectations Host very accommodating of our needs and special requests (particularly with delayed flight and very late check in) Easy to get a bus nearby to Treviso Centre (3 euros) Location is near a lovely park, with nature all around Breakfast was excellent

A friendly welcome and a thoughtful host was the icing on the cake. The room was very clean and everything worked well. The common area was an unexpected plus point. Paolo kindly kept breakfast open a little late just for us. Best of all, it’s a 5 min walk from Treviso parkrun 😁

Only one pillow each and the bed was a bit soft (but that’s a personal preference).
