Travelled with my sister and boyfriend. Boyfriend and I had a two person room. Sister had her own room. At the check-in. They had accidentally cancelled my boyfriend's and my room. Then after a while they gave us a room. We noticed that our room was for one person and my sister's room was for two people. So think he accidentally gave my sister our room and tried to cover it up with some lame excuse. Instead of just being honest. Because we wouldn't have made a big deal, as long as we got a room (just had a 14 hour car travel) The other thing that was a bit annoying were the doors of the rooms. They slam shut quite loud and you can hear the door of other rooms slam shut and people walking and talking loudly. Which is a bit annoying when your trying to sleep in.

Very clean, extremely comfortable beds and very quiet. Good and free parking right outside the hotel, aprox 15 min drive to the center of Treviso. Also, a bus station taking you into 2 (aprox 20 minutes ride) only 500-600m away. We got breakfast included and it was very good.

AC was very noisy and to get the temp in the room to a lower than 25 Celsius degrees never happened. Also, lots of mosquitos outside and no insect nets - thus opening the window during the night for a nicer climate was not an option.

The location near the arena was good

I asked to program a taxi to the train station a day before and they told me that I could call 10 minutes before going down to take the taxi when I called they said that they couldn't do it because the taxi would be there in 2 minutes, when I arrived to reception they called the taxi it took 15 minutes for the taxi to arrive I lost my train because of that I didn't get on time please make sure that you can have taxis available at the time guests ask Thank you

Stayed various times in this hotel, always fantastic. Breakfast great in very pleasant facility, luckily without the noisy TV which is regrettably commonplace in Italy. Please keep it like this hotel staff ! Friendly staff, and everybody. Bed is one of the best I have ever slept in, and I stay for about 60 nights a year in hotels for last 50 years!

If I have to make one remark: the hallways have wooden floors, very nice but in the morning you might be confronted with the noisy "terror of the trolleys" from your fellow guests.

Hotel suitable for short trips and it is close to both major airports,.... The rooms are spacious, bright and clean.

Nothing special, just that the aircondition device wasn't working, but we didn't need it because the outside temperature was just right... Maybe a larger selection of natural local products at breakfast.

the room was exceptionally clean and very silent; breakfast was amazing: good, large choice of both sweet and savoury food and a lot of fruit and vegetables; a very convenient parking lot; staff was great: helpful, kind, elegant; location very easy to reach

the heater was not working properly so it was a bit cold; some more furniture in the room would have been appreciated

The ladies at the reception were super nice. Offered to us a lot of useful information and recommendation of good restaurants in the city. We follow the restaurant recommendation and was really excellent advice and choice. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also amazing, with very friendly personnel and excellent food taste/quality.

Nothing regarding the hotel - maybe the location is not so close to the city center but if you have a car there is not real inconvenient.

Rooms and bathroom are very comfortable and clean. The hotel has everything you need. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is also good and diverse!

It’s was a bit hot in the room but this was nothing major compared to how the hotel is managed and the service provided. Our stay was really good and we strongly recommend this hotel!

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Parking very convenient next door, Breakfast well managed, compliments to the staff. Japan House and bar in the same building and lots restaurants nearby, recommend K2 and Old Wild West.

Only tip is the have a coat hanger in the room, e.g. small hook.

I’m a returning customer. The value for money it is at very high level. if one-two things change, then this hotel can touch the perfection.

Breakfast it is very good and the staff willing to help. Very nice ladies all of them. Do this and you will get more positive ratings: 1. add non-sweet croissants in the breakfast and 2. fry more the bacon. Bacon in breakfast is American-based habit, so please cook it the American way.
