Warm welcome from the amazing manager.The hotel is a 25 minute walk from town which is OK. The room was very comfortable with contemporary decor,excellent air con, fast WiFi and modern well equipped bathroom.We had a small balcony which was lovely. Breakfast buffet was well supplied with array of fruits yogurt,cereals,breads and cakes with cheeses and cured meats.

A good walk from town centre, it is probably more suitable for travellers with cars and the distance is clearly advertised.

This is a beautiful little Family hotel & we highly recommend to stay there. We only stayed one night with a larger group of family members & we all fell in love with the family feel and little things that shows how much love is put into this business. Rooms were perfect, very clean and comfortable and quite. Breakfast was excellent & lots of choice. But what did stand out was the exceptional service of the staff. So engaging, always a helping hand and ready to go over & beyond. We loved the Gelateria that is family owned next door, not to be missed as it was delicious. Highly recommended & definitely not a 3 star hotel, we were all in agreement this should be rated higher.

Everything was perfect.

Great service - needed a bucket of water and cloth to remove dead bugs frm the car windshield. Arrived instantly. Good location and lots of help finding local places to walk and eat: 2 restaurants and an ice cream palour directly outside the hotel ;-) Room was perfectly adequate for my one night stop, and the shower was particularly nice

Booked a single room which was as described, but would have been nice to have a bed-head - pillows kept slipping off the bed!

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was ok.

We received a room with a bathroom designed to be used by people with disabilities witout even asking if it was ok. The toilet and shower were very unconfortable. Also the room had no natural light because it was at the first level were the breakfast was server. Also, the bathroom had a bad smell, I think due to the canal that was in the area.

Gorgeous family-run hotel. Spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches. Good communication to manage our late arrival. Lovely, helpful staff. And a gelato shop downstairs! Breakfast had everything you could imagine to choose from - fruit, yoghurts, pastries, toast, pancakes, cereal, tea and coffee.

Nothing to not like.

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly with every question and request we had, the breakfast shows a personal touch and a lot of care for details. The location is a few minutes drive from the old city which was very convenient. At the bottom of the hotel is a fantastic gela teria worth trying.

Some guests before us smoked inside one of the rooms we had (even though it was non-smoking). It was no fault of the hotel. There is a balcony for smoking in some of the rooms so it's not an entirely smoking free hotel, if it bothers you.

Elisa and Cinzia were very friendly and kind, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was super, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with freshly made coffee, warm croissants, boiled eggs and much more.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Really nice people and good hospitality Has a parking Few minutes drive to the center Room was fabulous and clean, took care of everything and left a boxes of breakfast since we had to leave early. Very reccomended

An elevator could be nice but we could manage without it also thanks to the staff that helped us

Very nice breakfast in a casual comfortable room. We were 2 of only 3 people having breakfast, so it was quiet and pleasant. Very nice layout of delicious goodies.

Nothing really. Parking was tight but definitely manageable. The location, while not on the beaten path, was perfect for us. The area was quiet.

Room was clean, lovely toiletries including shoe shining kit. Free parking right in front of the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and nice

The beds were uncomfortable and pillows too hard. No lift to the room so good to know theres a flight if stairs to get to reception.
