Third visit to the hotel which is a very traditional Italian villa with character. All staff are friendly but in particular the reception staff are very informative of things to do in the area such as arranging a tour of a Prosecco vineyard and restaurant reservations. Excellent evening meal served on the outside terrace which was beautiful. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard and air conditioning worked well.

The restaurant and reception staff were attentive

No power points in the bath room and it was difficult to use the hair dryer which was fixed high in the position away from the vanity basin. Hair dryer required finger on constantly to operate so not ideal for styling hair. Some gym equipment not working.

The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, the surroundings of the hotel were beautiful and we particularly enjoyed our evening walks along the vine tree path. The pool was nicely maintained and there were enough beds around the pool.

The breakfast menu was diverse, but the quality of the eggs (specially the scrambled eggs) was suboptimal. On our second day breakfast I had a feeling that we were eating leftover eggs from the day before, as it smelled kinda foul and off putting.

The hotel and the room were clean, it has a huge garden with swimming pool. The staff were always kind and helpful. Very nice place for relax.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful quiet location with wonderful grounds. Great pool and fabulous Spa. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious, great breakfast. I had two relaxing and high quality treatments in the Spa. Highly recommended.

Only one very small suggestion would be to offer a alternative menu for lunch as it was the same as the evening menu.

Hotel is lovely but in need of some TLC. Carpets in room were stained, bathroom falling apart, bedspreads worn etc. Restaurant was OK but a little overpriced. Same for spa.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious.

The location is a bit isolated, but if you have a car you can easily get to Treviso and the Prosecco region.

Room, hotel und team excellent. But I would have expected more selection at the breakfast, seeing how big the hotel is and how many international guests they have.

I would improve the breakfast selection.

Quiet location, spacious rooms and bathrooms, beautiful grounds

Rooms need refreshing and upgrading, the whole place feels like it has seen better times. Breakfast was quite basic, lacking variety. Bacon and scrambled eggs were the only two hot options.

Breakfast was tasty, stuff was very friendly.

We booked table and had dinner there, which was exceptional! Wine was amazing as well! But on the expensive side.
