The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The management team have successfully created a team that works effectively together. Well done! The breakfast selection was comprehensive, and the chef prepared excellent evening meals.

The bathroom had a few issues. The exhaust fan was ineffective, the lighting above and around the mirror weren't operating, and the door dragged on the floor. Nothing that a bit of maintenance couldn't sort.

Room was comfortable, view fantastic. Staff was lovely . The bar was lively !

Our room was upstairs and no lift , so getting the bags up was difficult for me . There was a fantastic 50m pool, closed and hopefully being repaired. Parking was plentiful, but signage a problem as we arrived late in the evening.

The location was great. Pool was lovely and there was a lovely area with sun loungers by the sea however it is quite a distance to walk especially uphill in the heat. The bed was very comfortable.

Some areas felt a bit unloved and and run down.

The food

Location is far away from everything and the personnel cannot guide you on how to reach any place (even though there is bus, their only suggestion is “we will arrange a taxi for you”. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, even though the personnel will tell you this is temporary. Only one lady could speak English, so when she is not available, you are on your own. Bathroom condition was very bad. We asked for assistance after we left, in order to get an invoice from the shuttle service company (that works with them) and nobody is responding to our messages. We had asked for this invoice in advance and we were told we will receive it after we leave

The resort was beautiful, the pool overlooking the ocean and the grounds were well maintained. There was entertainment in the outside theater which was a lot of fun. Seemed the whole resort attended and enjoyed the show. Very family friendly

The room was outdated, and the bed was not comfortable. The bed sagged in the middle and in order for 2 people to sleep in the bed you needed to hold onto the edges of the bed. We woke often during the night and suffered with back and neck pains. The door to the bathroom did not slide easily so privacy was an issue. The buffet dinner was disappointing, and expensive for what was provided. We were grateful to only have one meal at the resort. We were only staying one night before heading to the airport to fly home, if this had been our entire vacation it would have been intolerable

the location is amazing. the property itself is very run down. peeling paint, torn and dirty furniture throughout. the reception area and the bathroom of the room I stayed in were especially shocking. the restaurant and pool are okay.

cleanliness and follow through of staff. have some pics I can share but they are not nice. mold, dirt and straight up dirty shower/bathroom. I had received confirmation I could check in at 12:30 but the room wasn’t ready until 2:30. left me plenty of time to sit in the reception area on the torn air chairs, shredded rattan table and find a vending machine since the bars were closed. they are clearly short staffed, like the rest of the world. I arranged airport transfer with the hotel and prepaid as requested. when I went to get said airport transfer the desk staff knew nothing about it then found a note that indeed I had paid for it but it was never ordered. A very kind landscape worker brought me.

The pool was nice and the view was amazing!

The staff - everything was an issue. I wasn’t sure where the pool was, the response I got was a huff. Then I wanted a bottle of water, I was told the poolside bar was open, it was not! Eventually someone came 20-30mins later after having to ask numerous times. Seems like the area has not been finished being developed - looks old but could have great potential, especially with a better attitude from the staff.

The place felt like it was half closed, the staff seemed to be bored and totally unenthusiastic. Breakfast was just plain weird with a giant dining room with nothing on offer with people working there lurking around completely unproductively. We arrived at 4 and wanted to get a drink by the pool, nowhere to get a drink (anywhere!) in the resort until 5.30

We took a room with breakfast. For breakfast there was only a sweet table and tea/coffee. It was very noisy, it was impossible to sleep... and the room looked much older than in the photo
