We came for a vacation as three families. We were very happy that we were assigned three rooms on one floor next to each other. The rooms were absolutely amazing. It seems that they have just been renovated. They looked new and modern. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedroom has very comfortable beds, clean and fragrant bedding.

The access to the lake is not very convenient, you have to cross a fairly busy street without a pedestrian crossing.

Friendly, welcoming and professional staff throughout the hotel, including the cleaning team. Lovely spacious family room with comfortable beds. Great pool for cooling off and family fun. Lovely food in the restaurant and also from the bar snack menu. Lovely views of the lake and mountains from all the communal areas.

The wellness centre seemed a bit neglected compared to the rest of the hotel. We used it as a family group but it would be better suited to being used by only one person at a time. Balcony was continous, not private, so other guests could walk past our window.

The property is well located, the staff of the hotel very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The pool was clean and the restaurant was good, very friendly waiters.

The room had a funny smell and there is a problem with ants. We were in the 3rd floor and still managed to get a nest in one of our luggage. The air conditioner was not working well but the friendly lady of the reception got us a fan that solve it perfectly.

We were in the Maison Au Lac that was very comfortable for the five of us. Very modern, excellent air con, two bath rooms, a view of the lake. Perfect!

The AC was very weak, the location was not a walking distance from the center with the restaurants

Excellent position on lake front. Lovely room with a balcony and lake view. Restaurant was very tasty with a reasonable choice (including vegetarian options) and good value for money. Staff were accommodating and helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and may well be back!

Very clean and comortable rooms. We had everything we need. Fully equiped kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Sometimes there was not enough cutlery at breakfast.

Nice silent location, good dinners, pool.

The staff was profi, kind, willing, nice, smiling. We loved all the food. We absolutely loved the view and all the possibilities.
