Spotless property, newly decorated and spacious room and bathroom. Room even has its own AC. Spacious terrace with an amazing view to the vineyards. Easy parking. As others have commented, access to the property is through a long, uphill, narrow road which makes the property rather isolated. However, thanks to this isolation one is completely cut off and is in the midst of well kept vine fields. Patrizia, the hostess, is such a friendly person.

Breakfast is very basic. Not even a slice of Parma which one would expect when in Italy. There were a few slices of cooked ham, tiny slices of 1 type of cheese. A small cup with some yogurt. On the other hand you can get eggs cooked any way you like it. Of course, typical Italian, sweet items were available. Patrizia, very willingly, gave me some tomatoes when I asked. The fridge in the room is minute, just large enough for 1 bottle of wine and a small water bottle.

Great room, perfectly clean and hygienic solutions. Very friendly hosts.

Check it on the map: It is a vineyard about 1km uphill and outside of town. While this makes for an enjoyable quiet location and potential walks/hikes in the hills, it also has some implications, which some other reviews complain about: - Going for dinner, shopping or visiting Trento means a bit of a trip, that cannot be taken by car. The road is unbedeckt narrow but no serious problem to navigate in my experience, even when meeting other cars. - There are insects. We had one in our room once, too. I do not see how this could be avoided by the property, and there is no incursion of any sort and they do not seem dangerous. Yet, if one cannot stand them at all, a place in nature is a problem. :-)

Wonderful location. Nice garden for relaxing. Good room setup for couple with kid. Clean.

I was wake-up by running neighbors above us - ceiling is not well isolated acoustically. We survived night attack of ants. Owner is fighting with them but not effectively. Breakfast is not worthy to take but this is not big surprise for Italy. Just don’t know why it was written that it is a great one.

A beautiful location in the hills outside of Trento. It's too far to walk to the centre but parking was easy in Trento. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff were very helpful and multi-lingual. The parking at the location was also easy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

It's a one way road up to the Agritur, so it's a pain if you meet someone coming the opposite direction.

Not suitable for people without a car. I have a bike and I had a hard time going uphill. Also at night part of the road was dark. But I think the hotel did their best. Very nice reception staff came out to pick me up and push the bike for me. I was very satisfied.

An ideal location for peace and quiet outside of the city. The view is amazing, with a generous vineyard where you can walk at your own leisure, surrounded by GREEN mountains and fresh air. The room is spacious, modern and comfortable and offers great quality. What we enjoyed the most was the HUGE balcony with sun beds.

The breakfast was quantitatively poor (we only got a few slices of ham and a few of cheese, alongside coffee and some sweets, which again were not that much), even though the quality was good. We expected a lot better for the price of the room.

Very nice B&B apartments in very quaint rural-looking area, even though it is just a few minutes by car off the bustle of Trento. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable for three adults. For dinner you could either take a car to the city or walk to stretch your legs after long driving, which we did and it took us some 45 min to the nearest, very nice restaurant. The breakfast we got scrambled eggs and fresh pastries, yogurts, nice coffee. Beautiful mountain views all around. And you can buy a bottle of their own vine to take as a memento of your stay :-)

Nothing that we did not like, but just a warning that the last kilometer or so of access road is quite narrow and at times steep, but it is well paved and marked. So overall not too much of a hassle to reach the location and it is kind of part of experience of staying in the vineyard on the mountain slope.

Very clean, comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view, luxurious nature. They produce their own wines _ possible to buy it. Private parking.

A little bit too expensive pro night. Breakfast products good and local, however scarce. The neighbors upstairs were very very loud until 23 o'clock _ poor soundproofing.

The vineyard was beautiful out in the country. The staff was so kind and had a wonderful breakfast for us. We sat on the balcony with a great view of the vineyard. Such a beautiful atmosphere and our room had a view as well.

Narrow road to get to but after driving it a few times we got used to it.

Magnificent! Super clean and comfortable, beautifully designed with the best views. The hosts were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the terrace was overwhelming. If you're travelling by car it's a great choice.

If you're not travelling by car or bike, it's quite far from the town or restaurants, but it's still one of the most beautiful places we've visited in Italy.
