The hotel is super-clean. The staff is friendly and is doing their best. The rooms are comfy (with one exception, see below). The spa is good, considering the space allocated.

It's a good hotel overall. The only thing, I don't know how it got ****. I'd say it's rather 3. There is no wardrobe in the room or even any shelving for the clothing. The breakfast is barely OK: no hot meal offered and the assortment was the same for all 5 days we stayed there. The location is good, but still about 1000 m from the old down. Not a big deal if you have a car. Otherwise, it's not a fun at 30+ Celsius outside.

The room was large enough and clean. The parking is large and very close, across the street. The hotel is within walking distance to the town (with limited services). If you are not coming for spa, it's maybe more suitable for a stopover than a long stay.

Breakfast was a bit of a downer, with limited choice and quality, a bit surprising as there seems to be a food serving cafe on the property. Service was not unfriendly but not the kind that makes you want to go back either. I don't know who gives stars, but this place would be ok as a 3 and is a disappointment as a 4.

New and modern, really clean room and comfortable bathroom. The position is practical if you’re exploring the surroundings.

Breakfast is definitely too expensive on top of a rather costly room. Customers should be offered some free basic spa services. The room window is really unpractical.

We've been staying in Hotel Bramante every time we were in Urbania but this was many years ago and still with the old owners. It is a welcome surprise for us to find it renovated with additional services like SPA & swimming pool. The interior design is very nice and modern. Breakfast has a good selection too. Beds and pillows are comfortable.

A complimentary bottle of water would be nice.

Comfortable room. 5-year-old loved the wading pool. Restaurant/bar on-site.

If arriving late in evening/night, had to walk around from parking lot in back to front entrance.

The staying was simply excellent. Everything even better than expectations. Private parking nearby the hotel, Jacuzzi in the room very relaxing, comfortable large bed, good prices, city centre just 10 mins walking distance or 2 mins by car

Hotel's spa is really nice

The room was clean and it had everything that you would like to find in a hotel room. The matrass was very pleasant and so was the shower.

The heating in the room could not be switched off or changed. It was way too hot at night (22 degrees Celsius) and in the end I had to open the window because I couldn't sleep properly. Outside there was some kind of generator making a terrible noise, so opening the window made that noise a lot louder, but it was better than keeping the window closed. The sauna was okay, but looked better than it actually was. The water matrasses were filled with hot water, which is not really pleasant if you just come out of a hot sauna. The staff had told us that the sauna was 90° degrees, but as a frequent sauna visitor I can tell that it was probably somewhere in the range of 85 degrees, which is not bad, but doesn't give you that real Finnish sauna heat. The cold water bath was not cold enough to cool the body down properly as done in a professional sauna. So all in all, the basics were nice, but the details that are so fundamental in a good sauna experience were missing.
