Very loud traffic noise even with windows and blinds shut. Too many e-mails since a week before the arrival. Very long form for early check-in (we have always just sent IDs pictures which takes just 2 seconds) that ask you for e-mail address (on a form sent you by e-mail!) and reservation nr (you know we have a reservation because you are sending the early check-in form! And after all there are only 8 rooms, it's not a big hotel at an international airport...)

Good advice provided in advance of arrival. Parking at the property. There is no reception so all instructions on how to enter are provided in advance. We stayed only one night to visit Urbino, and for that brief stay it met our needs and expectations. The cleaner was very helpful on our arrival. It is well positioned to visit the town. Clean, efficient and functional.

Nothing to dislike, although power points were a little scarce. It is not a destination resort, which is not a criticism. It met our needs for the purpose of visiting Urbina.

Located below the hill town of Urbino just approximately a 20-minute walk from the top, it's a perfect location which includes breakfast and free parking. (We are walkers so uphill was not a concern for us, and of course descending is easy!) Communication from management was clear and efficient from start to finish. The lady at breakfast was very generous and friendly. We stayed in the small room #2 which is was just fine for us. Hot water kettle with tea/coffee/and cups were available. Directions for how to find keys was made available ahead of arrival without confusion or frustration. Easy registration prior to arrival with a map showing walkers how to access the upper town from the B&B.

We spent a night at this wonderful family owned hotel (rented 3 rooms). All rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and bed linens. Excellent breakfast with freshly baked pastries by the hostess, coffee, fruits, cheese and ham. We were lucky to meet the owner Michele and have a pleasant chat. Great location, an easy walk to the historic center of Urbino. Galleria Nazionale delle Marche is a must to visit. Make time to check out the basement - it’s an underground city! Wish we stayed longer! We’ll definitely be back in the future and would be happy to stay at this cozy B&B again. The owners thoughtfully provided a historic city map and recommended a few restaurants. We liked the one we visited (Ristorante Il Girarrosto - Urbino) and highly recommend it

The owners are very sweet and helpful - we received many recommendations for things to do in the city and places to eat! Breakfast is great and I loved that you could personalise it. Good one night stop :)

The location is very close to the city centre but on a quite noisy street with a lot of traffic. Our room was street view so quite noisy - but had a very good night sleep with earplugs ;) from the pictures and the website I was perhaps expecting a bit more from the place. But overall good stay with everything we needed

Everything about Villa Paradiso was fantastic! We arrived well before check-in but still received a lovely friendly welcome from everyone we met. Sabina was incredibly helpful and allowed us to store our bags. The walk to the old city is quite steep, but very easy to follow (taking around 10 minutes). The room was large (with a bonus balcony area) and immaculately clean. We were given a wide choice of breakfast items and the quality was superb. Finally, when our bus didn't arrive due to a national festival, Michele arranged a taxi to complete our journey. THANK YOU to everbody at Villa Paradiso!

The B&B is ten minutes walk from the main attractions of Urbino. Hosts are very nice and polite and provide a lot of information about Urbino like place to visit or resturants where have a good meal Last but not least the gourgeous breakfast: all sweets are homemade and it is impossible to say which is the best I reccomend Villa Paradiso

The room was as mentioned in the writeup. The A/c functioned well and so did the internet. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great! Too bad we spent only one night here.

Not for a fault of the property, but we have found difficulties to reach the place by walk from Urbino city center due to the street reparation works in that period (probubly the host could let us notice on these works planned exactly during the period we stay in a stracture!). The same, due to the trafficated road just in front of the room, and late road works it was very noisy during the night.The place is situated close to the city center, but stays in a vally, and to get in a center one must climb very steapy streets- this fact is not well indicated in a description of the structure.

They added new ones to our pleasant moments in Urbino with their friendly welcome, comfortable room and personalized breakfast option. A peaceful place located within walking distance of the city. We also liked the informative details about the city in our room, which was very clean and made us feel at home. Thank you so much for everything!🍀
