The Mamiani Spa hotel was clean and well-kept for their spa clients. Breakfast was very good, with items being replenished quickly. Parking was easy in one of the two lots. The place exuded a cosmopolitan atmosphere.

The Mamiani Spa caters to its spa guests, and it is a bit impersonal for non-spa guests. It seems removed from the identity of the town, with its ambiance and photographs of Marilyn Monroe, with sparkles, displayed in the dining room. It is also physically a bit removed from the town, though it was an easy drive with plenty of municipal parking.

The room was clean and well equipped, the bed was huge and so comfortable! Breakfast service was top notch, the staff was very nice, helpful and fast. And the food was amazing, a lot of variety at any time. The restaurant was also very good, especially the pizza is worth recommending. I am going to come back there if I’m in the area again!

The SPA staff was not speaking English which was a bit confusing, but we still managed to understand each other.

Great room, spacious and with an amazing view. Bathroom with space and modern attributes. I eat in the restaurant and it was good.

The cleaning staff weren’t aware that I needed more time. After explanation at the reception everything was fine.

The price was much too hight compared to the other rooms in the region we have rented. The cost for the entrance to the swimmingpool was 25 Euro for 2 hours. You can't use the swimmingpool only, you must pay for the spa entrance in order to use the swimmingpool, which is a little bit ridiculous.

the breakfast buffet was served at the room instead of the dining hall. the initial room we got could not support dining at the room. The staff upgraded the room free of charge and served fabulous breakfast to the room. Staff was nice, helpful and welcoming throughout our visit

Very nice spa facilities, though we did not know they would be restricted to a 2-hour window when we booked. Enjoyed them briefly a couple of times. Staff were lovely, parking was available, view was nice.

Extremely hard, uncomfortable bed. I ended up lying on a line of pillows to relive the backache. Hard beds seem common in Italy this trip - maybe new mattresses since Covid.

The hotel has a great view into the valley. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Parking at the property is a plus. You can easily reach downtown by car or by bus (bus station is right outside the hotel).

Great location, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. We were travelling with a 14 months old and everyone from the staff was very nice and keen to accommodate any requests we had. Nice breakfast! Highly recommended!!

the wellness, was really relaxing and we were lucky not so many people

a pretty no balcony but nobody is perfect otherwise the panorama is very charming on the site of the country side

Some furniture in the room was a bit old, the hotel is quite far from the center of Urbino (although, during the day, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel)
