Loved everything! The room was dreamy, with beautiful decoration and furniture, a neat minibar you will fall in love with, a clean, modern bathroom, and a comfy bed with crispy yet silky linen. Host Raffaella was very kind and friendly, She gave me a detailed introduction about the room and let me know useful tips to spend a good time in the city. She kindly kept my luggage after check-out, which I really appreciated. The garden view was refreshing and heartwarming. You can see a panoramic view of the hills from out there or up on the roof. The house is near the piazzale where statue of Raffael stands, which means it's located on one of the highest point in the old city of Urbino. It requires some climbing if you're coming back from the town's center, but the Santa Lucia bus station (and the shopping center) is a surprisingly short and easy walk.

I think the only downside is the steepness of via Raffaelo, But you'll know it's not a big deal after all when you are in Urbino... Also, there are less steep detour (The host recommended) and other short cuts you can find yourself, one of the funs you can have in the maze of this old and beautiful city.

Great location just outside of the old city walls next to a beautiful park, but close enough to be in the centre of town within mins by foot. The welcome was very friendly and efficient. Resources guides were made available in advance with restaurant suggestions nearby etc. The room itself was incredibly comfortable with a fantastic bathroom/shower. Even the upstairs neigbours were helpful and friendly when it came to parking. All in, a great find!

Not much to be honest.

There was no breakfast, but there was beautifully arranged assortment of sweets, under a glass dome, along with coffee and tea in our room. Azzurra was terrific and stayed in touch via WhatsApp and helped us with absolutely everything. Max, the owner was there as well with a warm welcome and great suggestions. Everything about Residenza Ambrogi was fantastic, including the location and easy parking, but especially the people. Our room was gorgeous and the linens were super.

What’s not to like? We were very happy campers!

The property was luxurious and perfectly located. It was a quiet refuge. The owner’s father met us in the garden and showed us his orto giving us delicious organic tomatoes. It was all great. Parking at the property was essential because it seems to be at a premium in Urbino.

Nothing not to like here

Brilliant option for your stay in Urbino. Just outside the city walls it's beautifully appointed, super clean, charming and comfortable. The linen sheets are blissful - and the room is large and pleasant. There's a place to park my car, and the check-in and support was perfect. I'd definitely stay again.

Very luxury apartment. Very comfortable bed. Large room. There is parking place in the backyard.

The main problem was location. The property is located on the high hill, not at the center of the city. On Saturdays there is a market close to the residence and it is very hard to drive out until 2:00 pm.

Great upgrade to a splendid room. Luxurious and comfortable. Excellent location.

It was all good and suited our needs for a short weekend break after completing business in Italy.

The studio was very spacious with beautiful furniture. The bed was very large and comfortable. There was a lovely large bathroom with great shower. There was tea and coffee facilities and lovely pastries suppled. It was very convenient for visiting the city.

Beautiful room with great facilities and very comfortable wonderful panoramic views from the grounds and perfect location to explore the old town wish we had booked an extra night. Great communication and guidance from the staff and would definitely rebook if we ever get to go back to Urbino which is a beautiful classic Italian town and well worth a visit

no breakfast (coffee maker + some sweet breads definitely not enough as substitute). also, there was lack of hot water one morning, fixed later that day. all in all , nice hotel and nice room at fantastic location but in my view the price is high in light of the lack of services at the property.
