My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ciampedie Luxury Alpine SPA Hotel in Vigo di Fassa, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Funivie Catinaccio, which takes you to the stunning Ciampedie basin in another 5 minutes, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the breathtaking surroundings. From the moment we arrived, the personnel were exceptional. The reception and concierge team were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff, from the bar and restaurant to the SPA, was friendly, professional, and always available to assist. Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel also offers guided hikes with a mid-mountain guide from Monday to Saturday, which are included in the price. These hikes were a wonderful way to explore the local area and take in the natural beauty. Additionally, we rented e-bikes for a day and spent a few amazing hours cycling up to Canazei. The experience and views were incredible, making it one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks a lot, Daniele! The restaurant staff (Raffaele, Saverio, Matteo… all of them) deserve special mention. They were superlative! Always impeccable, they provided a personable experience, treating everyone like they were special and remembering what each guest liked the most. The restaurant itself serves delicious cuisine, beautifully presented and made with high-quality ingredients. Riccardo, at the bar, was equally impressive, mixing delightful cocktails and creating a warm atmosphere to unwind in the evenings. The SPA facilities are world-class, offering a serene escape with a variety of treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. Overall, the Ciampedie Luxury Alpine SPA Hotel provides an outstanding experience in every aspect.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Breakfast is vast and everything is tasty. Only negative - you will eat too much. Rooms are cleaned meticulously, large with beautiful views. Staff is attentive and friendly, always available. Restaurant is wonderful. Amazing SPA.Best stay!

Families yelling any each other at the pool and children yelling at the pool and running screaming down the hall. I guess there is not much hotel management can do about people being rude. They try to keep everyone quiet by using signs.

Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

I wish the dogs would be allowed in the restaurant, maybe at least in a separate room, or a corner somewhere ☺️

A small, high-end boutique hotel with very engaged staff, great views of the mountains, delicious food (particularly dinner), and very attractive SPA facilities. The massage was one of the best I have ever had.

Really only minor points, like offering extra towels at the swimming pool.

Great location with nature sounds. Beautiful spa and very nice bar area. The salad bar was very good and healthy!

There is a construction happening, which makes a lot of noise. The acqua meditation room was out of service.

Modern architecture, great location, delicious food.

The completely open bathroom and even shower design is not to everyone’s liking.

Our stay was fantastic! Our room was spacious, the view was incredible and we loved every meal that we had in the dining hall. The staff was extremely accommodating and was very helpful with any questions we had. In particular, our waiter, Mauro, was exceptional. He helped us with recommendations and helped translate for us when needed. If we are ever in the area again, we are definitely going to stay here.

the staff super friendly. once we arrived they even upgraded our room ☺️ (with mountain panoramic view). The rooms super clean. Loved the spa and the pool (indoor and outdoor). Dinner was excellent ( I booked half board ). They even gave us a go away gift (local honey) ! loved it 😍 A wonderful relaxing weekend

We loved everything. This was proper 5star experience from the hotel itself through all stuff service (restaurant, reception etc) We were especially amazed about the restaurant service. Im on gluten free diet, and they were going up and down,so I have provided all - every day, without me even asking. If you want to experience 5star hotel with 5star service - go there! We've been on a wk stay for ski trip (family of 3) we have hired a car, so no need for ski bus, but there was ski bus close to the hotel. Spa area was amazing! Absolutely fantastic holiday.
