Amazing ! Beautiful property! The gardens are pristine and peaceful. With lovely benches , a swing that gives you shade . The property itself both indoors and outdoors are lovely decorated and give you a sense of arriving at a beautiful friend’s house 🏠 . The best part about it is its wonderful hostess Alessandra and her cousin Beatrice. Warm, friendly and always approaching to ask if everything is fine. The breakfast is so complete and attention to detail is put in everything they do. Alessandra grazie mile ! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed. Also great at preparing the famous aperitivo drink Aperol spritz . We Love you ! And hope to come back

The attention to detail was spot on. Alessandra made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. She also had a very thoughtful detail on our arrival, since my husband and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary she decorated the room with a beautiful heart made with flowers from her beautiful garden and a bottle of white wine. Our room was super clean and tastefully decorated and it smelled so nice. The breakfast was also very good, especially the cappuccino. In general, the place has a very peaceful vibe, surrounded by green landscapes and beautiful beaches nearby; Spiaggia di Porto Giunco was our favourite. Villasimus town is very close and it has a lot of options for restaurants and very cute shops. We totally recommend this Hotel and we would like to come back soon. Grazie Alessandra!

The building and most of all the garden are beatiful and peaceful: perfect to chill. All the staff (especially Alessandra) is extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is incredible: the food, both savoury and sweet (as the cakes and the pies), was delicious and they also paid attention to my gluten intolerance.

It's hard to find somenthing I didn't like, so I will just say two things: our room was a little small, so next time I will try to book a bigger one if available; there is no restaurant, so only breakfast is available, but the place is so beautiful and the staff is so nice that it's a shame, because I would have really enjoyed a dinner in that garden!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. Alessandra is an amazing host-welcoming, friendly and always responsive. The house itself is charming, with a lovely garden that offers a peaceful place to relax. The location is perfect, close to the mountains, which made for breathtaking views. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety to choose from, including the most delightful homemade cakes. I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, cozy and memorable escape.

Alessandra was a wonderful host! We really enjoyed speaking with her and hearing about all the thoughtful details on the property and the impressive collections and furniture built by her father. Our room was comfortable, Alessandra was generous with the amentities like towels, chairs, and umbrellas for the beaches. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. We'd love to come back.

From the moment you arrive you feel the good energy of the place. Alessandra made us feel very welcome and was always available and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is full of warm details that you can see were carefully thought to create a embracing environment.

The property has a wonderful lush and tranquil garden and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were so friendly and they even gave us the recipe of one of their cakes they had for breakfast as it was so good. The room was wonderful, and the location was perfect for what we needed.

Great place. Private oasis. Alessandra and ladies were simply amazing. So nice, always smilling. Very helpfull with recommendations like restaurants, renting boat, taxi, etc. Also gluten free and lactose free breakfast options. The whole place also with so nice scent all over the place.
