The best part of this property is the grounds and beach, which are beautiful. The service is good but inconsistent. The town is quaint with some good restos but unless you have a car, it’s not easy to get to.

The layout of our room in the residence was awkward. You need to go through the main bedroom to get to the kitchen & balcony. The balcony is tiny, a chair barely fits. Not an idea place to hang out at night. It also felt outdated (except for the bathroom which was new). The kitchen was under equipped and if any food is left on the counter the ants get into it. For the price of the room, I was not expecting this.

Amazing location, close to Cagliari and the airport, as well as the touristy town of Villasimius with stores, ice-cream parlors and nice restaurants. The beach is top notch, the sea crystal clean and the whole residence well kept, making you feel like staying in a park, all lush and green. The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating.

The apartments are rather small, with no living room and with a really small kitchen. We were put in the middle of a number of families with small children and were having difficulties sleeping on a number of nights due to prolonged periods of babies crying at 3 AM or continuous door slamming at 6 AM. While really friendly and accommodating, the staff and their services are very (and I mean VERY) slow, from the reception to ordering and receiving your order in their bars. Good thing we were in no hurry, though. :)

The location is extremely nice, directly on a wonderful beach with parasol and sunbed extremely confortable. The garden is wonderful and well maintained. The staff is competent, nice and alwas ready to help. The restaurant on the beach is excellent. Everything is on a short walking distance. We were in the villa, which was nice, well maintained and clean.

No espresso machine in the apartement but only a moka. There was no towel in the kitchen (we asked for it and we got it immediately). The activities for adults and children are starting exactly at the same time. This is making difficult for the parents to participate to the activities since you need some time to leave a small child to the baby club. In september the activities are quite reduced.

We stayed in the 3-bedroom villa. We loved the villa! It was modern with a unique layout and very comfortable. It was extremely clean and had everything my family needed.The beach was amazing along with the fantastic staff.

The only two small things. The front desk person who escorted us to our villa (which was nice) struggled with locking and unlocking the sliding door but didn't instruct us on how it worked either. So, we then struggled with figuring out how to lock and unlock the sliding door. The tv was a challenge for English speakers. There were quite a few buttons that had to be pushed a certain way to access Sky TV and then back to regular tv. Instruction on how the tv remote works would be helpful. As I said, small things.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa, quirky layout with lots of steps. Large outside area. Plenty of space for 5 of us, Villa could sleep 8 but the 4th room is separated from main living area with a curtain. Villa was exceptionally clean, kitchen well equipped including washing up liquid and sponge. Whole resort is well maintained. plenty of space and different areas, including shade. We arrived early and left late and each time we had use of facilities and a courtesy room. Beach umbrella/sunbeds allocated on arrival and kept for duration of stay. Beach good size and not overcrowded. Location great, private resort with a handy shop 5 minutes away on the main road by the bus stops and another hotel with restaurant and takeaway pizza. Summer minibus (EUR2 each journey) which runs every hour and goes to other beaches and in to town of Villasimius. Staff are very friendly and efficient with a very hard working entertainments team including Anna for Aquafit, Alecs the evening singer at the pool bar and Eduardo in charge of the teen club. The miniclub sounded as if they were having fun but our children are way too old for that! The resort is a lovely size, holidaymakers from many destinations, very relaxing and enjoyable.

We were self catering so did not eat in the hotel everyday, We tried the beach bar/restaurant which was very nice especially the fish and the Sardinian themed night. We would have liked the option of smaller plates especially on the lunch menu.

+Beach is the absolute highlight of the property. It is beautiful and clean, not busy at all. There are more than enough sunbeds, and you get allocated yours so you do not need to race in the morning + Beach bar is nice. Snacks are available throughout the day, with lunch and dinner slots + It is really near Villasimius, so you can show for groceries easily, or go to a restaurant / ice cream / coffee + It is relatively near Cagliari, so you can visit the city + Entertainment for kids is nice and low-key, although mostly in Italian (which is understandable, as most were italian guests)

- Breakfast is not included with residences, which is fine. But for 25eur per person (kids above 2 included), the choice is horrible. We went once as we arrived late and had no food for the morning, - From residences, you need to reserve dinner in the main restaurant. Never heard back from them.. And after the breakfast experience, I do not regret it - In general, residences are due a big renovation. They are functional, but the age shows a lot. I think that the property is saved by a fantastic beach

Very nice location and beach. The property is very nice and family friendly. With a rental car it is perfect.

It was very difficult to get into town without a car. The road is not suitable for walking. There was suppose to be a shuttle bus but it wasn’t available and the local bus only goes every three hours and is not on time. It was also difficult to get a taxi. There is a small store close to the hotel that has basic stuff and there are a 2 restaurants in walking distance except from the ones in the hotel.

Beautiful private area of beach and sea, excellent little local shop for supplies, very well-stocked, couple of great local restaurants (but need to book). Lively but not too noisy, room was very quiet and just about the right size for 4 people.

Food quality very poor for a hotel claiming 4* status. Had to get a refund on breakfast, which was of a very low standard, lunch mediochre, didn't risk eating there again. Would recommend to stay in residence to avoid food and reduce noise.

Beautiful part of Sardinia. Stunning location, amazing, beaches. Great local beach with beds and umbrellas. Lovely location to eat at the complex and also a few amazing restaurants nearby. Perfect to relax and explore. Security very good. Staff very friendly and entertainment was an added bonus.

Beds were very hard (even if you are used to one). Overpriced meals and drink in complex. Lack of amenities in apartment (would cost nothing to add tea bags / coffee / cleaning products. However, overall I would certainly recommend staying here as it is quite stunning. Just bring whatever you need and you cant go wrong.

We stayed in apartments, great that kids had separate room. Area is green, very nice gardens. The beach is brilliant, was never crouded, clear sea, property is set near the hills, very very beautifull . Kids loved the youth club, were waiting to play beach volleyball. In the sea there is jumping bridge, which is very cool. To Villasimius city centre 7 min drive, to food shop Eurospin the same. There are few restaurants in walking distance, we liked Saint Margarita.

I think that would be graet one more field for playing beach volleyball or beach tennis. We had two bookings, for 4 nights and then for 2. So in total 6 nights, NO ROOM service, nobody even changed towels, for this amount of money what we payed it is not nice.
