Service was perfect. Kind, friendly and efficient. Room was very nice and spacious, clean and silent. Location is just some minutes from the entrance to historical center, but the way is somewhat steep, so best by car or if you are not carrying a lot of stuff with you. Just next to a supermarket that also opens on Sundays so that's a great plus. Showers are amazing. Bathroom has bidets. Italian breakfast was quite good for the price (keep in mind is only sweet stuff)

Nice and clean hotel room. There is a small fridge in the room. Free onsite parking is available. It is roughly 5 minutes walk from the old town of Volterra, and there is also a small bar and a grocery store within a few steps.

Nice property with functional everything including real air conditioning.

Wish they offered breakfast but there is a very convenient supermarket literally a few buildings away. Had to walk uphill to the historic center but it avoided the overpriced hotel options in city center.

The hotel was quiet ,comfortable and had free car parking. 10 minute walk into the town centre for shopping ,eating and relaxing.

Cosy hotel with super-nice staff from Ukraine. It is located close to city centre. There were some available parking spots.

Lack of Western or Central European breakfast (but I am afraid that in all of Italy there is a light breakfast).

This hotel was a fantastic choice! The big, clean room offered a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Its location near the city center made exploring incredibly convenient. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

One of the staff tried to speak to us in russian even though we don't speak russian.

I left before breakfast was served, but I got a breakfast in a bag to go. That was really nice!

Before the night door is a little step, on my way out it took me by surprise and I fell hard. I hurd my knee and elbow.

Excellent breakfast! Ideal location: 5 minutes walk and you are in the historic town. They cared about our comfort: because of the unusually cool and wet end-of-May weather, they started the central heating in the rooms without asking.

There was only 1 comfortable chair in our room.

Sweet little place, in a good location especially if you have a car - free parking but only a short way down the hill from volterra. The staff were lovely - very friendly and welcoming. Air conditioned rooms. Clean.

Breakfast could be improved but this is a minor niggle.
