The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Olivia, William and une (one of the waiters). They went above and beyond their duty to make sure that I had a pleasant stay, seeing that I don’t speak French. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hot water is excellent, water pressure is great, the AC works excellently and it has a balcony. Iykyk. The breakfast menu is sufficient and there are enough facilities to keep you relaxed and entertained if you don’t want to leave the hotel. The hotel is close to the main road and you can easily get a tango to anywhere. The only issue I had was with a drainage issue in the shower, and they fixed it quickly. The WiFi didn’t work everywhere in my room on the 2nd floor, but once I moved to the first floor it worked perfectly. It also worked perfectly on the sky lounge so I think it was just the location of that room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone.

Staff were very friendly, the spa was great, and the room was in great condition

The check-in process was quite tedious and problematic, as all the information previously submitted with the original booking through booking.com had to be re-entered onto a separate platform which wouldn't work on our smartphones. The selection of meals available at the restaurant was also a bit limited.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a B&B, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the person at the reception made me feel welcomed and valued. Although I regretfully forgot his name, his professionalism and helpfulness were truly outstanding. Throughout my stay, he was my go-to person for any inquiries or assistance I needed. Whether it was booking spa treatments, arranging for a hire car, or seeking recommendations for local attractions to visit, he went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. His knowledge of the area and willingness to assist made him an invaluable resource during my stay. I cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service and friendly demeanor. His contributions significantly enhanced my overall experience at the B&B, and I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to others based on his outstanding customer service alone. The staff were very present and helpful. A big thank you to the staff at the reception, the housekeepers, and the butlers. We had a lot of luggages and it would have taken two taxis to ferry us to the airport. The hotel manager offered us the hotel bus to take us to the airport. It’s quite a distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel due to its amenities, jovial stuff and deal for your money. I’ll be coming back.

I loved everything

I was so impressed with the receiving team at the front desk and the whole staff in general. The smiles, warmth and overall reception we received from Olivia and Mr. Song at check-in was outstanding! The receiving area, the rooms, the hotel overall is spectacular. The breakfast was amazing, but so was lunch and dinner!!!! Everything was very fresh and very delicious! The service was exceptional! The restaurant is so high class that you feel like getting dressed up to go eat which I did for dinner. The servers were incredible. They were polite, efficient, patient and pleasant. The girls cooking and serving were so beautiful inside and outside; so sweet, so polite, pleasant, gentle and patient. I didn't have any interaction with any staff member that wasn't positive. Everyone, Olivia, Mr. Song, Nadia, Ganame, Anne-Carine, Sarah, Fatim were ALL sensational! If I say more, I will write a book. I guess what I want to say is I will definitely stay there again even for one night and will definitely recommend BNB Hotel Resort!

There isn't a thing I would change except maybe a few inches to the width of the room if 2 people are staying in there. Because if you have large luggage which I did, then the room can become a bit crowed.

It was ok breakfast wasn't the best, food was decent, pool was a bit small, spa was good, over all, it was fairly cheap for six days, so can't complain local markets and super markets near by so was good to see the place.

Breakfast buffet was not the best to be honest, but I did arrive late.

My family and I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was beyond professional and so welcoming; this includes the front desk staff, the cleaning ladies, doormen and waiters. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean and the beds extremely comfy. The food was delicious and my husband and I very much enjoyed spending time on the rooftop with beautiful views. We didn’t get the chance to experience the spa and gym, but I would 100% recommended this hotel.

We had a very nice and spacious apartment with kitchen appliances and a balcony. Hotel has a spa and a narrow but long swimming pool. It is modern, clean, and well-equipped. There is a restaurant on the top floor with a terrace that serves very tasty meals. Breakfasts are very good.

Communication via email is problematic (not responding). Quite far from the city center and you need to navigate for taxi drivers as they do not know the place

The bedding is very comfortable. The location was perfect for me and the staff (especially the security guards) is very kind and helpful!

The TV channels can be improved! The room needed a little painting to be perfect! The accessories of the bathroom need some maintenance.
