The property facilities were pretty good, restaurant, pools, room itself. When checking out the lady in reception noted that I’d be staying for a few more hours (waiting for a flight) and offered me to keep my room a couple of extra hours free of charge. The included shuttle is very convenient. The room was lovely!

The prices in the restaurant are very high! The restaurant was also not well equipped to deal with our large group for dinner. The kitchen kept running out of dishes and not advising us until most people got their food. Food / payment took 1.5hrs+. They do not provide pool towels by the pool. In a hotel like this, it would be expected they would supply pool towels!

What an amazing hotel with an amazing staff . The location was very convenient - near the airport . We encountered few issues but they were resolved immediately . Amazing breakfast and the room was very spacious .

I left my key in the room by mistake one day and therefore couldn’t use the lift. I asked a staff member where the stairs were and he wasn’t able to tell me … even after he asked a colleague none of them were able to give me that information . They send me to reception to have a new key . Knowing the exit routes in case of an emergency should be mandatory . The other comment is regarding the sofa bed … it is impossible to sleep on it … the base is pure hardwood … no padding whatsoever . I slept on it for 1 night and it was awful … additionally there was no bedding offer for that bed . Please do something about your sofa bed … as beautiful as they are , they are not comfortable for sleeping even though that was the point of renting that room … for each person to have their own bed

I liked everything about this place. It was so nice to have someone waiting at airport arrivals, and then the lovely big room, which has all the creature comforts and funky African design. It was more than I could enjoy in my one-night stay. Breakfast was also excellent, which a great choice, and a really friendly team. I hope I have other flights that require an airport hotel in Abidjan just so I can come back.

Nothing - great place!

The kindness of the staff (except for the first day when we were assigned rooms in the noisy section under construction), the decor, the overall cleanliness of the premises, the availability of the shuttle, and the pool open even in the evening all contributed to making our stay most enjoyable.

Initially, I was assigned a room in a section that was still under construction, and there was a lot of noise. However, I had to insist to get another room in the newly renovated section.

Really clean, the rooms are quite spacious and modernised. Bathrooms were a good size and the bed was www jute big. The guy working at reception was amazing despite arriving at a busy time he was very efficient in getting everyone into their rooms…. GRACIAS!

Not enough breakfast options… hot food was finished and not restocked during the time we were there.

Quick access from the hotel, room is comfartable and food is of high standard

After arranging for shuttle service, all other hotels had their shuttles at the airport except Onomo and had to wait 15 min for the shuttle.

the hotel is closed to the airport, clean and good value. Breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choice.

only 1 person was at the reception for the check-in. So we had to wait a little bit too long

For the airport the location is perfect. Everything is modern and clean , the staff helpful and friendly. The restaurant was a little disorganised. Good value accommodation.

Close to the airport and comfortable place to overnight

Room 307 where i stayed needs to have its toilet seat repaired. I think it has been loose for quite some time

It was close to the airport. The grounds was beautiful. The security. It’s a little outdated but nothing a paint job can do. The room bathroom was nice and updated. They’re building a new one next to it. The pool

could use a paint job but it was nice. The lamb was good but it wasn’t an Indian curry. Not putting labels on all the food with the breakfast buffet.
