Ideal location in downtown Davenport for attending events at the River Center, including skybridge access from the River Center garage to the Doubletree. Hilton's bedding is always high-quality, leading to a restful night's sleep. Breakfast was $15.99 per person and quite nice.

We were charged $10 for parking on our hotel bill, even though we never parked on hotel property. First we parked in the municipal garage, then we found street parking near the hotel. As befitting a former Embassy Suites property, the giant center atrium magnifies sound, so the hotel was pretty noisy, especially with the periodic freight trains that run nearby.

Breakfast great and staff. Night staff reservation Elizabeth was great and very professional.. The new Bartender Ray was absolutely wonderful; helpful and very professional and represents the staff of the hotel with great energy and professionalism. Overall; the staff was wonderful.

The main elevator to the right had tiles missing entering that could cause someone to trip and fall. Room 339 was missing black baseboard or skirting around the bottom of the wall by the refrigerator/coffee bar. Also the light switch was installed crooked at an angle and not straight; I am not being picky just an observation. A great hotel, but sometime those little things add up.

I live the location. It's at the end of the downtown area so you're right there without all the commotion. Rooms are well kept and updated. I do love staying Here

My view wasn't as good as the last time I was there. When I called ahead of time after booking I asked if I could request a room on the upper levels, the receptionist told me no they were filling the rooms as they came in from basically the bottom to top. The 2 queen room with a view involved the roof top and the air units steaming from a lower floor blocking the water. I arrived at 11:45 pm and had difficulty getting staff to open the locked entrance. Some other guests opened the door with their room key so I could check in.

Didn't have breakfast but had a sandwich with cauliflower au gratin. The cauliflower had too much cheese, overwhelming the cauliflower. Sandwich was good. Bartender was great. The front desk lady, Che was fantastic very helpful. Cookies were delicious.

Had a problem with the TV & maintenance came. Really nothing else.

Breakfast was amazing and I enjoyed the amenities the hotel provided. I was working an event at the Black Hawk hotel and the price for the Double Tree was amazing and it was super easy to walk to. Even though I lived in the area in the past I enjoyed staying at this hotel and will defiantly be back.

Conveniently located and close to downtown social activities and restaurants. Great location for train watching with my room overlooking the Mississippi River and the CPKC RR main line

Flood plain. Street closures due to flood warnings. Ordering breakfast from the menu was the only option which was also a premium

Location. Lobby. Water fall. Clean modern designed rooms.

Terrible parking options. Had to pay in the parking ramp across the street. Loud Wedding reception going on/ didn't know about ahead of time. AC in room never got cool enough in 2 days. Refrigerator in room was not cold enough. Some Base boards were missing near the bathroom and some wall/ceiling repairs were unfinished- unpainted. We had 2 rooms 2 nights on 3rd floor. Both were like this.

Staff very friendly size of the rooms . Breakfast bar food was great . Kids loved the pool , fountain and the elevator..

Had reservations, room wasn't ready at 4pm at check in time , but gave us cookies and water while we waited . Bathroom way to small and vent didn't seem to keep up with the moisture/steam from shower and the vent behind toilet seemed weird , why there , I wanted to cover it uo .? Bathroom floor dirty , turned socks yucky . Pull out couch bed nice, but only one pillow , two would be nice . The pool room floor paint coming up and water was super cold .. Your parking lot area not big enough . Rooms had no clocks .

I found out my cost was double what it would have been if I had called hotel directly. Will not use Booking.com again. I thought it was supposed to help me save money.

Parking was unavailable Wednesday had to pay for breakfast despite the price we paid for the rooms

Parking was disappointing No complimentary breakfast was a shame
