The location is great if you want to be in downtown Bentonville. Very walkable. The restaurant downstairs and bar are also extremely nice and yummy. I was only here for one night but the staff were very helpful. There is a free parking garage directly across the street.

The hotel is one of many mid-tier Hilton hotels that appear to be luxurious but theyre mostly built as cheap as possible and its apparent when youre in the rooms. Overall its a nice hotel with a good location and restaurant but be prepared for paper thin walls and questionable room layouts.

Interesting Japanese themed rooms. Small, but we aren't in Japan. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Easy to find, close to elevator. Room had what was necessary

Shower and bathroom were a little small. Not much buffer if one needs some privacy . Having actually spent time in Japan I get it. But would like a little more room for just not feeling like every move was calculated.

Great vibe. Lobby is spacious with lots of social spaces. Rooms are efficient and comfortable.

Need at least a small coffee maker in the room. Shower is a bit odd stepping out to the main room.

ONLY issue was an obvious bandaid stuck to the fire alarm in my room. Just a bit concerning for overall cleanliness but saw no other concerns.

friendly folk restaurants allowed us to eat after closing. chef came out to greet us and he decided to allow us to dine there.

Love where it was centered in downtown. The aesthetics when you walk in. So beautiful and unique

The rooms are on the smaller side.

We liked that it was thoughtfully designed although smaller than most hotels.
