VERY comfortable room. VERY nice staff. Nice enough decor.

The hot tub was broken. In the elevator, one of the handrails was missing and part of the laminate floor has popped up so it was resecured poorly with what looked like masking tape. The tape was of course very dirty. It was a bad look overall for something most guests experience at least twice a day. Also the corners of the shower by the glass doors were super gunky with what looked like red mold.

It was close to Memorial Park. air conditioner ran great. Staff was friendly.

Black mold in the shower. Toilet constantly ran and dripped unless you went back in later and wiggled the handle. Carpet in the stairwell is really dirty. The waffle bar was awful. no whipped, cream no nuts,no fresh fruit, or chocolate chips, nothing but syrup and jelly, but I don’t know who puts jelly on waffles.

The hotel was nice, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, but almost every time I went to the front desk, it was left unattended. I had to wait a bit for someone to show up. There is no way to let someone know you're at the desk. The hot tub is still broken, We stayed here back in October 2024, and the hot tub was broken at that time too. All in all, I would stay again.

Breakfast, pool, location on East Central that took us directly to downtown, microwave and refridgerator were nice amenities.

The young woman who checked us in on the afternoon of June 1 was not personable, friendly or very helpful; there were two, this one was white with darkish blond hair. What I was paying for my room was not very clear. There were not any towel racks in the bathroom. On several occasions late at night or very early in the morning the phone rang and no one was on the line. Both key cards took 3 or 4 tries to unlock the door. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast was outstanding. They really did a nice job. Beds were nice. Staff was friendly.

Price. My friend who was traveling with me booked directly with the hotel and his rate was $25/night cheaper than mine. So, for three night, it cost me an extra $75. So, I’m NOT happy about that. The elevator at this hotel really sucks. It is SLOW and the emergency door retraction does not work. I informed the staff. Parking was difficult. Hotel was really busy. Lobby temperature at night (between 7pm-11pm) really hot. Made it hard to sit in the lobby with friends.

Our first room smelled & there was a pair of dirty socks left in the back corner of the room. But when we informed front desk of the bad smell, they quickly switched us to a different room

Everything was good

We had a problem with the tv it kept having pixel breaking down off and on , they came and replaced the HDMI cable , the coax cable did not fix , so they changed the cable box , did not work he even changed the tv did not solve the poblem , he said he would check further into it but did not hear back from him .

A nicely updated king room. Plenty of closets (2) and storage space. Overall size of this room was pretty good sized. Had a microwave, mini refrigerator, a large counter area with a full size sink when you enter the room. An ample amount of kitchen type cabinets with nice counter tops. The bathroom had similar cabinet/top. Wonderful full size tub length walk in shower with great water pressure. A comfortable bed and furnishings completed the room. Nice having an indoor pool for a weekend get away in February. The pool are was freshly painted and the pool it's self was pretty good sized for a hotel pool.

The hot tub in the pool area was out of commission, sadly. A needed part for operation was on backorder. Would loved to have used the hot tub to help recuperate the tired old body after a day exploring the beautiful area. Not a deal breaker, though.

Exit #88 right off Freeway but NO road noise!! Great HOT Breakfast, Sausage and biscuits, eggs, potato's, sausage or ham. and all the usual stuff!! GREAT staff.

We stayed Thur. night no problem, the next week on Tue. night and the Wed night. On Thur. mourning our phone started ringing at 6:15 a.m. then 6:45, 7 and 7:08. I had not fallen to sleep until 4:30 and this was VERY annoying!!!! I t was so dark in the room did could not see the phone to even take it off the hook and leave it off> That morning at check out they tell us they were having a problem with their phone system !!!

It's a beautiful hotel. I got the queen size suite with 2 queen beds, larger than Normal room with kitchenette, sleep area was very roomy, it was comfy, clean and classic! Wonderful people, large bathroom that had a shower only, which was fine. *take your baths ir showers early or late bc the water pressure and hot water run out quickly. It has a small area room that's capable of grilling 1 up a cple sandwiches, have a beer, wide or drink and relax, clean & beautiful pool with large hot tub, an outside patio off the indoor pool side area, a balcony overlooking the large open air lobby area, we loved it! Great experience, sleep, rest, comfirt, people, amenities and yes, they do have an elevator and are pet friendly. That comfort inn will b our hotel to stay when we travel to NW Arkansas! Thank u guys!!!!!!!
