Breakfast was wonderful my kids loved it! 10/10

I did not like the gentleman that gave me back my deposit attitude once I checked out. I have 5 children all girls.they was painting their nails yes the nail polish was a little strong.so I do apologize for that.he processed to say with an attitude “THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOTEL!” Yes it was my youngest birthday we did have balloons but it wasn’t a party! Just my children! After I told him it wasn’t what he was thinking he still was rude I just walked out and left but OVERALL IT WAS AN AMAZING STAY! And Yes I made sure everything was back in place and clean

I have stayed here several times in the last few years. The time before I was very unsatisfied with the cleanliness of my room and I wrote a review and spoke with management about it. This time the room was so clean I could have eaten off the floor!! The staff they previously had on my last couple of stays ( mostly Hispanic men ) were no longer there and it showed!! The breakfast was great, but I just didn’t like having to ask for bacon on the weekend! That needs to change. But other than that I was satisfied!!

The breakfast staff was great and she spoiled us with great food. The room was luxurious and comfy. Probably more room than we needed for one night, but it was worth it to have that extra comfort to propel us on the last leg of our journey. Check out was easy to understand with the attendants helpful. The bathroom was beautiful with high toilet and walk in shower.*

Check in was a little weird: as the attendant keep complaining that she was hung over.... The cleaning staff were running and jumping on each other in the halls so I wasn't sure about staying there at first. The bottom of the walk in shower was REALLY SLICK! We needed a rubber mat or something - I hate to think of folks with less balance than us going in there. * I noticed the cleaning staff were not quite cleaning the crevices in the shower stall with some corners having orange mold growing. Need to address this to prevent maintenance issues later on.

Hot decent breakfast, comfortable beds, warm hot shower after at zoo all day was a big plus! The indoor pool was wonderful, and it was definitely big, and there was a lot of room to swim around. Our room was huge with a pull out bed that our son slept on.

Not properly cleaning out the rooms, we found pills under the couch while looking for our sons toy. We told the staff about finding the pills. However, the pool wasn't watched very well since it had no cameras due to not behaved teens throwing a football very hard and hitting our children in the face they laughed about it when it happened, but we told staff.

Very friendly staff Even parking lot lots were clean and debris free.beds were so comfortable.

There was quite a bit of hair in our room . There were 2 in out sheets when turned down the bedding. so much hair in the tub it appeared to have not been cleaned . Just remove the eggs from the breakfast all together . Breakfast was very fresh and lovely with quite a variety of items but the eggs were inedible .

All was good, room was large with couch & chair, everything worked fine. Everyone was friendly. We did pay $50 damage fee because we booked through another company online - it was refunded fully a few days later. Breakfast was okay, the usual for hotel food. Would stay there again if in the area. Much less expensive than in Memphis and it did not take long to travel to sites in Memphis.

I booked the room with you then I got to the hotel they said you declined my card( which I used to pay for the room at the desk ) + a $50 deposit and you and the hotel hit my card what a scam shame on someone I will never use booking.com again and will tell everyone I can

We LOVED the shower - NO TUB - it was wonderful! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The amenities were all that we could ask for. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff was super friendly and seemed to be always on task, making sure everything stayed clean and neat.

The shower head didn't put out enough pressure, but it was okay.

Nicely updated bathroom with shower and plenty of towels. Sitting area to relax, lots of lighting. Good breakfast choices including yogurt and hot foods. Staff was nice after check in.

We traveled 450 miles but were half an hour early for check in (time change) and they weren’t very nice about it. Thought we’d have to sit outside and wait! After that same staff was very nice.
