We stopped here as a rest on our way to Florida. We were allowed to check in a little early, as we got there sooner than expected. The room was very clean and the staff was super nice and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely rate the staff score higher if i could! My husband and sons enjoyed the pool after supper and before bed. When we got up in the morning we went over for breakfast, which we enjoyed a lot. There were a lot of choices. Eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits, cereal, muffins, waffles, toast, coffee, and juices.

The beds were a bit firm, but I can't really complain about that either.

Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. Breakfast exceeded expectations and staff lady was very nice and helpful. Cleaning staff very good and friendly. Also honest as my kindle was immediately turned in and later mailed to me. Would stay here again.

Front Desk person mumbled a lot, difficult to hear him or understand him. Repeatedly asked him to speak up! Didn’t seem interested in his job. Didn’t even stand up to talk to us! Failed to explain about room key which was confusing. Hotel mostly empty and still assigned room a distance from parking lot even after I told him I had disability! Had to return to office 3 times about the key not working and requested room change. Clerk was just zoned out and just didn’t care.

The bed was wonderful! Clean the mattress and pillows were comfortable and the sheets were those found in an expensive hotel.

Just needed some finessing, especially the shower area. A simple fix would be to switch out the toilet seat. The toilet seat was round for an oval toilet, didn’t fit quite right. Stains on the upholstery and carpeting. Consider slip covers or a decorative cover that can be washed more frequently.

The breakfast offering was very nice as was the setting.

The room was dated but clean. The chairs in the room were clean but the seat covers were stained.

I liked the appearance of the rooms with the nice looking carpet, bed and decorations. The breakfast was reasonable for the price. It was a nice quiet setting.

Encourage the front desk staff to be a bit more friendly. They were efficient, but not engaging.

Free breakfast was very good. Good variety of food options.

The room needs a soft chair to sit on. It only had desk chairs and they was not very comfortable.

Overall it was good.

The room needed updating. The bed frame was metal & squeaked a lot. The mattress was not very comfortable, hard. The ac/heat unit was loud. Just needs updating.

The room was dated but clean, the adjacent rooms were being remodeled so the one I stayed in will be updated soon. The reception and breakfast areas were recently remodeled as well.

Bed was comfortable, location quiet, air conditioner worked

Paint peeling in the bathroom, the bath tub didn’t drain very well, didn’t feel clean after shower (it was extremely hard water or soft water)

Very friendly staff. The most affordable option we could find for thanksgiving and we would definitely stay again.
