Staff is very good especially the lady in the eating area. She is not paid enough. Unfortunately she was not there on the last day, because we wanted to leave a $10 tip, She earned it, definitely. Hope someone gets her this message. Hotel very clean and has all day water available. Internet very good inside the hotel.

Room 324: Mattress is already a bit dent in so you can feel it´s not the newest. We still got good sleep in it, though. The only REALLY REALLY bad thing is that no windows can´t be opened. The stupid argument regarding A/C or suicides is so out of the realms of rational it´s downright stupid. The smell of either coating on walls or ´air´ from the A/C is very noticeable when you step into the room. You can tell that this subject drives me/us nuts and that is the reason why we are never coming back. In the future ONLY stays with some kind of option for air THROUGH the window. You have all the possibilities to have air openings, but that's the management.

The hotel scores with its location. Heading north and south is very easy and fast. The rooms are classic American hotel rooms, beds are super comfortable, the bathroom spacious. What we were missing though was the fridge, in order to cool some water. Regardless there are lots of vending machines. The fitness room offered everything we needed, the pool was monitored by a lifeguard. What was outstanding was the cleanliness of the entire hotel, rooms and outdoor areas. Breakfast provided everything, from eggs to waffles to fresh fruits. Well done!

I loved the lack of staff walking around. I arrived about 23:00 found one receptionist who opened the main door. Handed over keys. Made me sign a paper.Never saw her again. The breakfast is set up way before. There is no staff behaving like the owner watching over you as you eat. Once in a while one worker appears from behind to check and fill up the food. In my 3 day stay I only saw 3 workers i.e receptionist once at check in, a cleaner and one briefly in the breakfast place. There is virtual agent all the time on a screen. He has all the answers eg can order taxi for you,can help you check out and print receipt or give combination to washroom(toilet) door at the reception. It's a silent hotel. I loved it.

TV they were working on the system.

The employees were fantastic, very helpful, supportive, I could goon about the wonderful customer service they all provided.

There was a little hiccup when it came late, the customers had to use their cards to get in the door. Seeing that I was on the first floor I could hear the front desk holler at the people use your key card. This happened several patrons as well as to my son, when he was carrying 3 bags of food and drinks. I believe a little assistance at times like those would be necessary

Very nice place to stay. Hotel was very clean staff was amazing. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.I will be back.

I don't eat pork. I wish they served some Beef Sausage or Turkey Sausage for breakfast instead of just pork items. With the expectation of the pork breakfast was on point.

The staff was friendly and the ooms were comfortable,

one of the rooms we were given access to was not ready for guests....several issues with it, but they gave us another room instead. TV was not easy to figure out, but they sent a maintenance guy up...turns out an unlabeled switch at the room entrance was off, which effected the TV.

The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the outdoor swimming pool was excellent.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were people on our floor smoking though I am happy to say that the hotel took quick action to enforce their no smoking policy.

The breakfast was amazing and filling especially with 2 teenage boys who eat a lot. Parking was easy to find. Loved that the pool had a lifeguard especially since my nephew has special needs. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Minor inconvenience of no grab bars in the shower.

The beds were more than comfortable. It was like being hugged as you sunk down into it. The breakfast choices MORE than exceeded my expectations. We would've been fine with either the eggs and bacon or the waffles or the fruit and breads. But all 3, wow. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We arrived, chked in, and had to leave. Didn't get back till late. Couldn't enjoy the pool. Thought was could lay out after breakfast....but the pool didn't open till 1, and we were leaving at 11.

Cleanliness of our room floor was poor. The smell on the lobby when we walked in was terrible...like some heavy duty chemical mixed with insecticide. The next day it was a little better. The virtual check in wasn't enjoyable although the staff tried his best to be friendly and cordial.
