Being woken up at 11 PM.At night by the 3 p m to eleven p m . Desk clerk Dennis. For small money's owed for previous nights. Meanwhile, that morning, I paid the money's anymore. Just just one of them guys. And also gave me an attitude at 11 PM in the middle of my sleep.I will be cool and corporate on this three p m to eleven p m shift. Dennis This person also had many complaints about him. He also looks in cars in the parking lot. At 830 at night I've seen him. I will be telling corporate watch this guy weirdo.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast was good, even had different choices on different days. The room was pretty clean. The grounds were really nice and well kept. The staff taking care of the breakfast and cleaning the rooms were very nice and helpful.

The desk staff were professional, but I could do without the sir's and would welcome a little more friendly attitude. It's nice when you keep saying sir, but when it seems you really don't mean it and are pissed off that you have to say it, why bother.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very comfortable and having a sitting area with a couch and chairs was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. Plenty to choose from. It was also a bonus not have it there instead of having to go out first thing in the morning.

The pressure in the shower was not good at all. Made it difficult to get the shampoo out of my hair. Also found a mans deodorant under the bed and plastic trash. Made me feel like the room may not have been cleaned as good as it should have been. The bed was very clean and thats whats important and the rest of the room was clean as well.

ms. Cherrie at the front desk is an amazing lady. we enjoy her every stay.

the morning shift, women doing the breakfast and lady at the front desk. kept harassing my spouse and I about having to put our shoes on. which we both stated and showed the Osha laws and health codes. that it is Not a requirement to have shoes on. ruined our morning. we have traveled the country for 15 years. stayed at hundreds of hotels, and not once ever, were we told to put shoes on. there were no signs and couldn't provide a policy when asked.

The staff were all so pleasant and dog friendly. Enjoyed the morning breakfast; got you off to a great start. Couldn't ask for a better location within an easy walk of the square.

The room was very musty and damp with what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling which wasn't the brightest idea to not ask for a room change on my part. But the staff didn't appear overly concerned so maybe it was alright; although my sinuses are telling me otherwise. I would stay there again, but would ask for a more accommodating room.

When we first checked in and went to our room, there was only one bed, I booked the for 2 and a sofa bed. Went down to the front desk and no problem getting the change. On our last night of our family reunion they welcomed us having our family members coming over to enjoy the pool and atmosphere to continue our reunion. I only wish I would have gotten the front desk clerk's name to give him his proper credits. He went up and beyond anything I've experienced before.

There was nothing that I didn't like, nor did anyone in our party mention to my knowledge.

Although the building is old, it is very well kept, updated and very clean. The area around it was great too. Lots of shops and restaurants. Also, was very glad to hear they are pet friendly. Big Plus!!! Would probably go back.

My only complaint is that although most of the place had little updates, the tub was terrible. Not that it was dirty but was very stained, which made it look dirty. Definitely would not put a toddler in there if I had to. Also the beds were not the most comfortable. I think those need a little updating as well. Other than that, all good!

The room was fine, the bed comfortable.

I did not have a shower rug in the bathroom. The selection of viewing on the television is just plain horrible. The guide did not match the actual selections. I would expect this is a cheap hotel. But, not for what I pay at Comfort Inn and Suites. You must be in good shape financially, as you bought Country Inn and Suites. You could do a much better job with the viewing selections.

The stay was great: 1. reception: we arrived late so Ron really helped us settle in and got situated! 2. Room was very clean, showers and facilities very neat 3. Breakfast- excellent staff and overall good service allowing us to enjoy the stay [ who have wanted bit more variety of food and options] 4. The overall experience was good for my family and very deligted that we stayed there during our trip to Florida

Wow, I was for a change OVERWHELMINGLY pleased with my stay! I wholeheartedly recommend this location to any weary travelers & those in need of reassurance that people still care! Front desk was jovial and helpful, staff was always greeting visitors and cared about your satisfaction! Never met manager, but I might have hugged them, because the excellence was in every employee…that is very rare, these days. The free breakfast was hot, well thought out, ever changing and delicious 😋! We stayed 5 nights and the awesomeness was ever present! Pool was heated & salty clean! What a joy it is to share about this freshly updated facility…9 of 10 for sure!!! Marcus M, World Traveler.
