The location is perfect! I really like that there is a body of water behind the hotel and if its clear enough you can see the sun rise from that direction. The room was clean, the bed comfy, & there was plenty of towels for me. I actually felt safer staying here than I did at another hotel close by! The other guest were respectful & quiet. The staff was very nice as well.

Hmm, i think the only thing I would say that I was a little dissatisfied with was how spotty the Wifi could be at times, but other than that everything else was fine.

The roach that was in my room and crawled into my cup the first night and they could do a better breakfast. Coffee and muffins are not breakfast. I also didn't get my military/veterans or my government discount because according to them I booked through booking.com.

it’s was pretty quiet and the rooms where in good condition and pretty nice and the bed isn’t hard or too soft just perfect!

The only thing I can complain about is the staff cleaning crew for the rooms can be very loud sometimes in the morning if you are a light sleeper it will wake you up..

Close to the Golf Course I was playing in Avon Park!

Outside Area was a Little Dirty. TV was not Good!

It was a good stay, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the stairs going to the second floor.
