I liked the cleanliness and smell of the whole hotel. I also liked the comfortable bed.

I wish they would be more elaborate and let you know that breakfast included is a little brown bag that makes you feel like you are back in school and not able to afford a nice hot lunch. Staying at a 4 star hotel and paying extra for it shouldn't have you feeling belittled. If

The lady that was at the front desk Saturday night when I checked in was an absolute sweetheart. She was so kind to my son and also very kind to me. I wish I knew her name but she was a gem.

Ice machines on the 3rd floor weren't working.

This hotel cost $200/night in non mayor city in Florida for this amount of money we got braun bag breakfast which is unacceptable is this price range. The furnitures in the lounge/restaurant are well worn they need new textile or leather.

The pool was nice and never crowded, the view of the pool from the balcony was nice, the rooms and linens were clean, staff was helpful

Once I was able to get into my room it was a fine stay. The pool area was perfect for sitting and relaxing. The suit was perfect for the occasion.

During my stay I had to wait nearly 2 hours after check in time to get into my room. Unable to check in until 4:45pm when check in is at 3pm. First I was told my room would be ready at 3pm. When I went back at 3:40- I was told by 4pm it was would ready. When I went back at 4pm I was told that it was still not ready and they were unsure when it would be. I was told to come back at 4:30 OR the front desk associate would call me when my room was ready. I received no phone call, I waited until 4:45 and went back to the front, where my room keys were then handed to me. No accountability for my room not being ready was taken, I was only told that " we have over 200 rooms and 4 housekeepers."

The shower was very slow to drain. By the time I finished showering the water was to my ankles. Doesn’t make you feel clean

Booking messed up my reservations by booking the wrong room with the hotel. the hotel manager was more than accommodating for my family. the staff were all very courteous and the property was beautiful. i will definitely be staying here again.

Great breakfast, ideal location and high level of confort

It was fairly close to everything I wanted to see. It was very quiet too which was nice, didn’t see too many other guests.

the pictures and description of the room made me think I would get a room next to the pool and not one facing the road. The staff member that checked me in didn’t make eye contact with me which made it hard to hear what they were saying.
