Hubby had a stroke while visiting his brother. Needed a roll-in shower and the room was perfect. In searching for hotels with a roll-in shower, there were few and far between. I came upon this hotel. Breakfasts were good. I know people complain about "no meat" but heck go to Denny's if you want a full breakfast. This worked for us. They had a variety of food. I like that you could access coffee/tea at any time of day.

Only downside was no electrical outlet by sink, so fixing my hair was a challenge. Dryer was located on a wall across from the toilet where the bathroom mirror was totally out of view. I would also suggest some sort of soap dish in the shower. There was nothing to set the bar of soap or shampoo on. That might be difficult for one person in a wheelchair to deal with.

Breakfast was lacking. Never had any meat served during our 2 night stay. Just biscuits and gravy. Really? Just close the breakfast area. The one lady running the breakfast area had no personality. We asked were they serving any bacon, sausage, or ham, she gave a stern no. No good morning from her at all when we first saw her. Remember Sleep Inn she is the first person the guest see from your hotel and she will leave that lasting impression of the last person from your hotel.

We were in a safe location.

The front desk guy trying to get me to give him 100 dollars cash. Didn't want to use a credit card for the security deposit. It got pretty heated. When leaving, I asked for a receipt showing the deposit taken off. They printed me a receipt but did not show the deposit removed. I had them walk me back to the room exam it and then waited until they made a receipt with the deposit removed. Very shady. For this reason, I will not do business there again.

Newly built, very clean, excellent breakfast options for the price point of this hotel, friendly hotel staff, comfortable and clean bed and linens, partial view of the Bay from the front lobby area, pool is clean, ample parking

Back door opens with card but guests would not know that they have to push it in first before pulling the handle out to unlock the door. A bit frustrating if this is not known. Had to ask staff.

It was extremely clean and the room felt new. As soon as I walked in, the room smelled really good. I LOVED that it is a smoke free hotel. That’s something I always worry about at hotels- having a room that smells like cigarette smoke. THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME!!! And free breakfast!

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The location, cleanliness, and breakfast

They tried to charge my card hours before check in and when it declined they cancelled the reservation. A hotel that states check in is at 3pm don’t try to charge someone’s card 2 hours before UNLESS they will be allowed to go into that room at the time of charging. Especially if when it was booked it said no pre payment-pay at property.

Great location and clean!

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, hot items were not served hot, just barely lukewarm. Also disappointed that the sausage that used to be served wasn’t available anymore! It was some of the best I’ve ever had!

So glad I choose this hotel and location . Second time staying on the strip close to the beach . I highly recommend this place 10/10 .. it was very nice, classy and clean and a great price . Stay here you won’t regret it

Everything was great to me , no problems

Fabian checked us in and was always very pleasant whenever we saw him during our stay. All the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Close to the public beach area. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was available every morning and staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool wasn’t very clean.
