Beautiful view from our balcony! Lovey and comfortable room. Pool was great.

The place was a bit run-down.

The bed was super comfortable! The comforter/bedspread was heavy, which resulted in a great night's sleep! I needed to stay an additional night and the front desk person was phenomenal! He was able to accommodate my request at the same price that I had booked the room online. The room had its own balcony which was very nice! the shower was hot with great water pressure. This motel exceeded my expectations other than the price.

The motel is improving its rooms, which are very nice. Once the renovations are complete this will be an excellent place to stay.

Reasonable for 1 night. Bath missing drain cover, electrical socket in wall missing cover, unfinished repairs on walls. Clean bedding, clean towels, overall clean and pleasant. Need some finishing touches and attention to cleaning details in bathroom.

I like the view of the water and the patio, when you walk in it was cold that’s the best part in Florida lol. But it was clean you can tell it’s and old hotel. But everything was great. Would stay again

The walk on the wood, you can feel some of them lifting and some are loose, was a bit scary when fishing.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great value in Cape Coral. Beautiful sunset views over the water.

Old, worn out cabinets. Shower had no soap dish. Shower curtain was too short. No towel racks to hand towel

Its convenient and always comfortable and the scenery is beautiful especially when the dolphins are out!

The room was clean - nice little patio even if it was a view of the street. Bed was comfy. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

They take a security deposit out and tell you no pets or smoking. The room reeked of stale smoke. I went to the front desk to tell them and got some spray or an offer to move. I made sure they were aware so I was able to get my deposit back. And I did

Not a bad place at all. AC works well, rooms are well maintained, budget friendly and a good recommendation.
