Every one of the staff was friendly and always smiling. There was not one minute that someone wasn't cleaning something. The breakfast has a nice selection and was changed daily. The room was exceptionally clean as was the pool and the hot tub. Ample parking with a side entrance that went to a light to make it easy to get out into traffic. It was on a very busy street but there was very little noise. There was a wonderful mexican restaurant with an adjoining parking lot so you didn't have to go onto the busy street to get dinner every night.

I cannot think of one single thing that I didn't like. It was a wonderful place to stay and if I go back to that area, I believe it will be the only place I will stay.

Location is amazing. Rooms are a great size. Pool is clean and nice. Staff is friendly. There are no bugs!!! Breakfast is free and has good choices. We'll definitely be back!!!

Maids did miss somethings when it comes to cleaning. Not enough towels either.

The lady at the front desk that check me in was so kind and happy and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy and when I went for breakfast it exceeded any breakfast I've had to date. Hot and yummy and just all around very good.

The pool area was under maintenance which she told me when I checked in. Only for the weekend but I wasn't staying for long. Had I been with family and staying for a few days it may have been an issue but it wasn't anything that concerned me. I realize you should ask when you check into a hotel if all the amenities are up and running.

The breakfast was ok----It might of offered a little more healthier items--the omelets was usually cold and a lot of salt. It was better than nothing but maybe just advertise it was not totally a full breakfast--it was more like fast . Also make sure you note that upstairs -there is no elevator for handicaps guests

I feel the people working on that location was very pleasant and willing to make your stay better. One front desk I believe manager----Dan was awesome to change our room from upstairs to downstairs due to fact we had a family member who could not do stairs. He went above customer service.

Location was perfect for us, just a few minutes away from family that we were visiting. The pool was nice and clean and cool. The hot tub felt great after a long day of walking or shopping.

There really isn’t anything we didn’t like. This hotel was perfect for our needs.

Location, price point, close to my event. Clean room, comfort and price all good.

Shower leaked onto floor so unfortunately we had to use up the towels to dry the floor and had to request more towels for the group. Small receptacles for garbage. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

The staff displayed pleasantness, very helpful, nothing seem too stressful for them to help or advice. I like the daily changes of the menu, There was always plenty, and the re-supply was quick, I enjoyed my stay. And will certainly re-visit, The shopping mall is in good walking distance,( very good)

Breakfast was good, not wonderful. Location good. Space a little tight. The breakfast servers/preparers were wonderful keeping up with the fast pace of the crowd and cleanliness. I was very impressed how they maintained the cleanliness. House keeping staff was excellent. Beds GREAT.

The air conditioner worked well. There was a moldy smell when it ran. The air conditioner unit should be cleaned.

Close to where I work while my fiancé and I are temporarily needing a place until we can move into our new home.

Some of the staff seems to be upset at all times. Not all however. There is one location only you can smoke. If you are near your room which is very far from the smoking area and one of the staff finds you smoking, they are extremely rude and threaten your booking.

Convenient to get everywhere. Hotel is well laid out and quiet. The suite was just wonderful. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

The staff could use some training in how to give a good presence to hotel guests. I was there 10 nights and said good morning to the same host. He never had a greeting back. He said nothing at checkout. When I came down for breakfast they had a politically partisan news station on. After 4 days of that I asked if the channel could be changed.
