My husband and I love that the entire hallways we pass or even our room smells so good! The bed is soft. The fireplace I enjoy. I like that it’s a big bathroom where we stayed. I appreciate the idea of leaving an envelope with the housekeeper’s name at the back-unfortunately I didn’t have cash with me to give something. I like that they checked on you through a test message if how is everything in the room. I like that they mentioned checking in the important policy points- about the quiet time for instance.

What could be improve I think is that they could inform the guests next time that in needed a reservation before dining in. And also, my husband mentioned that the back of my phone got heated so much while charging and making some beep noise and so he unplugged it. And when I woke up, I charged my phone again but this time in the outlet wall directly. I am not sure if there’s a problem on my phone or my charger on my end or the lamp in between of the 2 queen beds that has an outlet. Either way, I think it needs to be checked out - just in case.

Always clean

The evening staff refused to provide us with washcloths. She did however give us two. There were four of us staying in the room, and the temperature was close to 100 degrees. In our family, we each use two separate washcloths—one for the face and one for the body. When we requested four washcloths, we were told that they couldn’t accommodate our request. As a result, I had to go to Walmart to purchase our own.

The entire staff, from the member who called me direct to confirm my reservation to the maintenance guy who acknowledged us with a smile in the hallway, my adult kids and their kids were all treated with kindness and respect. Lovely views of river and antique pieces throughout the property, still under reservation.

Breakfast buffet items satisfactory, but eggs were horrible. However, the beautiful dining area hostess was very warm and friendly☺️

The room was nice. Very large. Bathroom was nice. All very clean. Mini fridge was ice cold.

My room was right next to a employee break room I think because I could hear a woman on the phone and she sounded like an employee, only negative. I didn't have a view of the river but the parking lot. No hand soap.

Nice and clean and by the river. The wood work in the dining area was gorgeous as well as the Italian Boar statue in the lobby. I have seen the original one in Florence, Italy and it was awesome that a replica was in this hotel lobby. Unexpected surprise.

Nothing really. It was a nice place.Very roomy bathroom.

The room was great, but the pillows were too fluffy, I forgot to bring mine.

July 6 nite about 11:30/11:45 we were woken by buckets clanging, a child crying, a lady yelling at someone which seemed like it was the room behind our headboard and the room next door. My husband could not fall back asleep at all!! So very disturbing as it kept me also from getting back to the good sleep. Especially since the pillows hurt my neck being too high or not quite the right filling. But I forgot mine.

It was a very comfortable room with sofa. The bed was heavenly. Manager was very helpful in bringing a luggage rack for the suitcase. Front desk staff were very professional. Dinner was delicious.

Could not access the yard by the river.

I think the owners are missing a great opportunity to add value/attractiveness to their hotel by not having a walking path in the back above the river. Everyone understands the importance of exercise and it is beautiful out there.

The room was wonderful and the staff were super friendly. Our favorite part was sitting in the dining area enjoying the river while eating probably the best breakfast we’ve ever eaten in a hotel.
