I've stayed here before and it was exceptionally clean and comfortable, again!! Full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, iron board and iron were amenities in the room. It was unusual to check in through a kiosk screen. This was very confusing for me but the gentleman walked me through it fine! Multiple cameras behind the desk to ensure safety in the halls and the very well-lit parking lot were utilized. All staff were very friendly and professional.

This is NOT a dislike, but I hope they fixed the elevators. I did have some work BUT it was only three flights of stairs to get to my room. I needed the exercise anyway.

Staying here was great. Private, convenient, reasonably priced. Lots of parking. I didn't use them, but the cleaning personnel were personable and helpful. Every time my key card wouldn't work, the video person easily issued me another but I had a healthy walk to reach the lobby.

I don't care for the video machine check-in AT ALL. The only other thing I noticed was that everything was clean EXCEPT the room floors. They really need a cleaning. My socks were filthy by morning when I walked around on the floors and I put a clean pair on every night.

We slept so hard we didn't even make it to breakfast. My only complaint is that we had a very late check in and they were extremely set on not letting us have much of a late check-out and that the manager was not very polite about it up to and including letting us know that the police would be knocking on several doors including ours to enforce the heck out time which I thought was very rude and unnecessary.

If the manager would learn some manners.

Check-in process via video was challenging, as it was hard to hear and understand what the clerk was saying.

Great for traveling students who may have a multi-week or month long internship at one of the local hospitals.

wasn’t bothered or anything the whole stay, no bugs which is amazing. great location

they could have cleaned better. the floors weren’t swept and it sucks having tiny hairs stab into ur feet when u walk anywhere. the shower curtain was stained and the washcloths had brown spots on them. the towels had long black hairs on them.

The room was very clean and spacious with a large frig and microwave. Everything looked brand new. Bathroom was excellent; very quiet, lots of parking. Pleasant, helpful staff

No coffee maker in room but coffee available in the lobby. Tv issues but staff resolved the issue

The location was perfect for what we needed. Our room was clean and we were in a quite neighborhood. Close to everything.

No breakfast was offered. We did not have hot water until we requested it. We could not get a hair dryer because someone else already requested it!!

Location was good.

There is some safety concerns I think should be addressed (metal strips holding rugs at entrance is loose or coming off, the grass along the sidewalk growing over the brick border)

.Everything was wonderful from check in to check out The bed was comfortable,the room was very nice sized,everything was clean and comfortable.

The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a coffee maker and hairdryer in the room
