The check-in lady was very nice. The lobby and hallways were clean as was the room; the carpet in each area appeared new. The room looked updated.

The outside of the building and parking lot do not give a good impression with a torn screen hanging from a window. The bathtub was old and scratched and the hand held showerhead didn't fit in the holder, not ideal for a handicap bathroom. The booking company website kept looping when I was trying to register, telling me I needed to confirm two different times. Therefore I was charged for two rooms. I will not use booking.com again!!!!

Cold! It was wonderfully cold and the refrigerator worked better than any we've ever had at a hotel. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Parking lot was adequate.

Noisy. The building is right next to the traffic circle. We heard car noises all night. Our room faced the elevator. We could hear every noise related to the elevator. Most people were quiet and respectful.

Breakfast was good and the room a/c worked well. We asked someone to fix our TV, and it was done right away. No other issues.

It hadn't been updated in a little while but it was still nice. The ice machine was out, but the desk staff shared the ice in the back room. Very friendly.

The beds were very soft, pool was clean. Staff was friendly. I would stay again. Breakfast was amazing!

Most things were not plugged in when we got there. The fridge took a while to get cold. Makes me think it was plugged in not too long before we arrived. So just wish it was cold already. Otherwise it was a decent enough stay.

Breakfast offered many choices and the food was very good. The food was offered early enough that I could partake before an early departure time. During breakfast, very helpful hotel staff assisted with any issue anyone had. Everyone was very kind.

The bed was not very comfortable, It took me a while to get to sleep. It was very easy to hear the comings and goings of fellow visitors to your hotel. For the first time ever, my dog Francis jumped up and barked when others came and went. I guess those noises are somehow more muffled at other hotels.

Location provided a bit more noise than I expected. I suspected vehicles racing and loud noise during the night. Overall good experience and enjoyable stay. Great breakfast.

Great customer service, fast check in. Helpful. Very clean, quiet enough i didn't need my noise machine to drown out the background. Beds clean and very comfortable. Right off the interstate easy in and out.

Easy to access and restaurants within walking distance. Picked it also for the pool for the grandchildren. I read the previous reviews about the breakfast and that was also one of the deciding factors

Room had sufficient space and outlets. Convenient location right off the highway.

Pool area looks like it had a hot tub at one time, would be nice to enjoy an operational hot tub. Breakfast was fine, but the dining area was too small for the number of people.

The accessible shower bench sagged scarily and the bed was saggy at the butt part but otherwise comfortable. Wanted a banana and granola bars for breakfast and there weren't any at 7:30.
