I liked pretty much everything.

The only thing I can mention is that I am still trying to get my final invoice from the hotel, as I see a discrepancy (not huge but still) between Booking quote and my credit card statement. Actually, maybe you can help and ask them to expedite the issue... Thank you!

Good for the money in LA. Rooms were a very good size and very clean.

Staff were a little grumpy, specifically the receptionist male. There were construction works going on in the hotel which started early so the noise was a little annoying

The coffee in the room wasn’t very nice .. but they served free coffee downstairs so it didn’t matter 👍

It was cute, a little small, but it worked out well. The construction taking place below us was loud & annoying as we had no idea it was happening. Would have been nice if we were made aware of this happening on the property.

Needs work, but it is going to be great when it’s done.

The location was great, and one of the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and stylish.

Some staff weren’t helpful or particularly friendly. Big sections outside were roped off and in disrepair. The front and foyer didn’t match expectations, although the room was great which is definitely the biggest thing.

Close to location I was visiting. Room was nice and quiet.

Parking was horrible especially if you have a truck or SUV. Also parking is limited and very tight parking spots.

There was construction and ply wood, I think the pool was boarded up, which gave a less than possible first impression. Otherwise the room was small but comfortable. Nice for a quick in and out visit. The staff was great. Friendly attentive, Thank you.

As a person who works in a hotel, a couple complimentary bottles of water goes a long way. The bill did not match the quote, and I was told the reservation just got there when I got there and I made it the night before with an almost 8 hour drive thanks to traffic.

Not many food outlets around
