Hallways and rooms / sofa's were not vacuumed. Had to pay for water and wish they offered complimentary bottled water. Other amenities like arranging for car rental were not made clear and found out by fluke from the front desk but they were very accommodating and helpful! Didn't share discounts of stores in the nearby area (I spent a lot of money at Amoeba and found out afterwards they offered discounts)

If you would mention on your website that this property charges 150/- per day of stay as deposit in addition to the payment of the room. If this was known before booking the property we would have reconsidered booking here. Luckily the management were able to help us out a bit

All of the front desk staff were great in suggesting different eateries and places of interest. They were helpful in locating specific sites I wanted to see while in LA. It was a great location, so I was close to the touristy places I wanted to visit. Easy pickup/drop off location for Lyft and Uber. The pool was heated for early morning swimming. Cafe downstairs was wonderful! Plus, I could cast my shows to the TV using from different platforms. Loved the extra comfort in the king room with the view of the Hollywood sign.

Kitchen closes early for a Saturday night, so you'll have to contend with room service options. Shower head was a little weak with the water pressure.

Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a pool although we didn't have time to use it. The hotel is very close to Hollywood Boulevard.

It was the only place we stayed in our travels (4 countries and lots of different hotels) where there were no drink making facilities at all in the room (no coffee machine, kettle or free water in the room). You do get one complementary coffee per day per room in the hotel's cafe and there is free tea and coffee in the reception in the morning and a water dispensing machine nearby. The hotel is in an 'up and coming' area - so the site over the road was being demolished while we were there - and there might be construction disruption/noise if you are staying soon - worth checking with the hotel.

I loved the exceptional location, which offers easy access to Hollywood’s best spots. The hotel’s amenities and facilities are top-notch, with the sky deck being a particular favorite. My friend and I enjoyed relaxing there, taking in the stunning views. The hotel also stands out for its daily activities, like the free happy hour with food, which creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests. I appreciate how they put thought into monthly events as well, making the stay even more engaging and enjoyable. The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Having stayed here multiple times, I can confidently say the service and experience only get better with each visit.

Really cool lobby vibes, spacious room with couch, umbrella provided in the room, range of personal amenities that can be requested, kudos to the amazing valet staff who seemed overworked, bedside charging point, nice of the hotel to provide some F&B credits.

Some front desk staff had perfunctory attitudes, room ceiling had cracks, poor shower design meant the bathroom floor kept getting wet, no kettle or mugs in the room (coffee-maker only upon request), chargeable bottled water in room (used to be free), parking charges are exorbitant.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of our room, great shower, lighting and comfortable bed. Also, Chris, one of the front desk agents gave us a good suggesion for Chinese food from China Lites, and the other 2 agents (can't remember their names) were also friendly and helpful when we needed to get some change for a large bill. Additionally, although we only got to take advantage of it 1 time, it was really nice to have that Happy Hour cocktail and a large space in which to relax by the bar. Lastly, we enjoyed a few meals at the restaurant downstairs and also at Clark's Diner a short distance away on Franklin St. The last time we stayed at the Everly Kimpton, it was nearly 3 years ago, and I think it was even better this time. I didn't like that the fitness facility was so dark and that there wasn't much space to stretch. I appreciate that the hotel provided mats and a foam roller, but there just wasn't a lot of room to use it without being in someone's way who was also using the gym at the same time.

No kettle in room. Awful music blaring out in leisure areas and by pool assuming that everyone liked the manager's choice of music. Not conducive to peace of mind, just annoying.

Loved the view, loved the restaurant, social hour, room was beautiful smelled like a spa when we walked into room.

Soaker tub didn’t work was broken It was after 10pm. We had breakfast and went to the pool went back to our room and tried the soaker tub called front desk to have them check the tub. We had a late check out but couldn’t get tub going in time. So we took showers instead. Tub looked beautiful though so bummed we didn’t get to use it. If we stay here again will check tub before we do anything else. 😕

At night,this area is so dangerous. So we need to use Uber
