I love this place and stay there every time I come. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. There were lots of drawers so I could unpack. The housekeeping came every day to see if I needed anything. There are a number of food outlets in walking distance. Also close to the freeway to get to other places.

There was a temporary inconvenience of the elevator not working, but I know that things break down from time to time.

We liked how the staff was very understanding and kind. I love how clean the rooms are. The area is amazing and good amazing rooms I had 4 different rooms here. Within 2 months.

I didn't like how in room 401 the heater doesn't work and it has burn stains on the blankets 😔😔. As well as the countertop on the dresser in room 401 has been broken since we checked into the room. As well as some dents in the walls and broken dressers too.

Mostly the staff. Very professional. Anything I needed they took care of it right away. When you treat your staff good, they treat the customers very well. The way my wife and I was treated I would mostly definitely come again and recommend to family and friends. I believe your staff deserve a raise or a bonus. You choose.

Couldn't stay the whole 30 days. I had to find another hotel due to your policy. There were no vacancies in the surrounding area, my wife and I had to travel 50 miles just to get a room for the last 15 days.

The lady that checked me in was awesome 👌. Great smile great service kind what you expect when checking in.

The old lady that didn't check me in at first. Very very rude enough to where I don't feel like staying again. She had a mean look to her had a very very bad attitude made me think that's how my stay would be very very shitty until I meet the other lady with dark wavy hair who turned my upset smile around thanks to her my stay was great.

Coffee was only serve 3 hours and that was 6am - 9 am and that was not convenient for most guest .and pool area and hallways very clean all the time

Coffee serve from 6 am-9 am not convenient for most guest that work in nock shifts and will like a coffee later than those hours

Not so many smiles the lady that helped me at the front desk was the only one with a Brite smile thank her for me she made my day very friendly thats what places need when your dealing with a death in the family thank you kindly.

Just that no one smiles they seem like it's a drag to be at work no energy from the guys mostly the women fantastic

The staff was very patient and helpful the women at the front desk and the man working with her on the 23rd of March around 3 pm were very understanding and did not make my very unusual situation more stressful instead the nice woman gave my boyfriend a taco from her lunch and helped diffuse what could have been a stress filled outburst and calmed the situation without even knowing she was doing that great staff for that always highest marks that women deserves a raise her customer service skills are above and beyond

It is a value motel that gets the job done. We stayed one night, the rooms were clean, the beds were good, easy to sleep on after an 8 hour drive. I was hoping for something more plush in the bed but I would have had to pay almost a couple hundred a night. Parking area had plenty of cameras and the shower/bath was nice and hot.

No microwave on the room.... the microwave was in the laundry room. The bed could have been more plush. The A/C unit worked after the maintenance man had to do a couple things.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. Even though it could use an update and face-lift, the bed was comfy it had all useful amenities, and the price was very reasonable. I didn't use it but there was a pool, hot tub and laundry. I would for sure stay again for the value.

Just the decor and visual.

I stay there a lot the room is always clean, staff is great with the exception of a few. It is very convenient to our jobs. We like that there is a washer and dryer and the pool always clean.

The mattresses are of poor quality, they are wore out.
