The property is gorgeous! There's so much to do and things to do for kids. Our accommodations were very nice and the hotel appeared very clean. The restaurant food was good.

My experience with the maids was excellent! Very friendly and professional. However, my experience with restaurant staff, front desk staff and bar staff was interesting. Most didn't seem to know what they were doing, many were foreign especially the Asian young lady at the front desk whose English was not good at all. Fortunately our waiter at the Library restaurant was excellent. His name was Punjabi or something similar. He had a great smile, pleasant personality, and was just very friendly.

The room was nice with a comfortable bed and the view from the room was beautiful. It was handy to have a table in the bathroom so there was plenty of room for my makeup and show stuff. The pool area was very nice as well. It was nice to have the Keurig in the room, but I wish you had stated that on the website so I could have brought pods for the cappuccino that I like. I also like having the water filling stations throughout the resort.

Sometimes they played loud music at the pool which makes it difficult to talk, relax, or nap. If you must play music, can't you just play it at one pool but not the other? The bed was made with the sheet over the comforter which seemed odd to me and made it impossible to just sleep with the sheet over me when I got hot in the middle of the night. The light in the bathroom was terrible for doing makeup.

Location. Kids occupied and happy. Everything to do was on the property. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was nice and appreciated the pool access.

Checked into room and completely out of body wash. Reported it to front desk who delivered a new bottle but never installed it despite daily room cleanings. Found a mouse dropping in bathroom on day 1. Reported it to front desk. Was told it would be reported to mgr and possible free drinks for us…..we weren’t contacted about this ….however the phone rang in my room on our last night and before I could answer my son with autism picked up and hung up the receiver. I did call the front desk but no one answered. Room was not cleaned on Thurs of our trip. We did leave the room later in the afternoon. But we did acknowledge housekeeping in the hallway so they knew we were leaving. We were gone 2 hours. Snack bar/bar should be open later for indoor and outdoor pool.

I love the location, I love the pool areas and hot tubs. The front desk staff was exceptional and attentive. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby smells amazing. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Even the pool bathroom was clean at its busiest times.

I don't like the dogs being off leash and or not being controlled by their owner. I am an animal lover, I saw several small children being scared by people who decided it was ok to take their dog off leash or those who decided not to pull the leash back when their dog was jumping to control them. That could be dangerous for the child and the dog. Pool side service would be nice, waiters to take orders for drinks while in the pool would generate more revenue and be a customer pleaser.

I would’ve appreciated having a more upscale restaurant on site that was open. It turns out that if you go on Monday or Tuesday, it’s pretty much a dead zone on site and in the local area. I was given a handout with different restaurant options through the reception desk, however none of the information was accurate or applicable to the spring 2024 season. It was a bit quiet since it was the beginning of the week, but this was the best part.

I would upgrade your music selection from the 60s and 70s to sometime after 1995 lol the music didn’t match the scenery for sure or the clientele. I would also add more restaurant options. We assume that there was one fine dining option and one cafeteria light option so that anytime someone wanted to eat something some type of food was available, but it turns out that there’s only one main area to eat and a similar second option that parallel the first and kind of had similar operating hours. Both restaurants are not too upscale..

This is definitely a hotel centered around and catering to kids. If you don't like children, this will not be a relaxing get-away for you. If you bring kiddos with you, they will have a blast - the pool is fun with a basketball hoop and volleyball net, there's a warm (kid-temp friendly) hot tub, mini-golf, pool table, game room, s'mores in the evening around an outdoor communal fire pit.... kids running around everywhere.

check-in time is quite late (4pm) and breakfast buffet is too expensive for what it's worth (but again... the kids! For ages 12 and under, their meals seem to cost their ages (our 11 y/o's meal was $11, our 8 y/o's was $8.,,, so that helped balance things out)

So much to do on-site for families with young kids

Luckily we are hands on parents and keep a close on on our kids near water but the lifeguard situation at the activity pool is terrible. We witnessed multiple guards on their phones, FaceTime , and doing anything BUT keeping a close eye on the pool that is filled with blind spots and young children.

We will definitely be back next year for all the fun family friendly New Year's activities. Loved the indoor/outdoor warm jacuzzi with the movie screen. Loved the moon bounces and game room for the kids. I think it would be great to have a movie room in one of the conference rooms with popcorn that plays family Holiday movies.

The buffet dinner selection in the restaurant was not the best at all We had to wait several times for a few slices of pizza to be brought out and only 1 small dessert. Maybe could invest in an ice cream cone dispenser machine. Not worth $45. Food was pretty cold and sat out a while even though it was in the warmers. Would like a better selection of food like fries, wingettes, chickwn strips, meatballs, finger foods, etc... In the arcade room, air hockey and the basketball machine were not working. Some of the other machines are too expensive ans just take your money (too hard to win anything).

Location of room, cleanliness, spacious. Pictures on line were identical to c what the resort looked like. Friendly staff. Golf course outstanding

Website allowed to make reservations for their main dining area for dinner on a night t h wycwere not going to be open. Accommodated by sitting us in a different lounge but also different menu. Very disappointing

We had a view of the river, which was very peaceful on such a cold day. We spent much time at the indoor pool, which was filled with toys and games and plenty of fresh towels. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was particularly nice. I would stay here again if I were in the area and the rates weren't too high (it can be expensive during peak seasons). We also had a lot of fun playing at the arcade.
