Clean and organized lobby (that will tell you a lot of their standards) and clean room. Free breakfast. Comfortable bed. Cable TV if that's important to you. I like knowing I didn't need to pay an arm and a leg for a warm, comfortable bed and a clean shower.

Only because I like to check out in person, no one was at the front desk when I was trying to leave and no bell or phone to request for assistance. I dropped my room keys off in their little box and I left. Would have preferred to speak to someone to say thank you and good bye.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room included a TV, mini-fridge, and microwave, neither of which I used. The breakfast room was right next to the lobby, in an ideal location. The selection was the standard fare that I've seen at many hotels, which was just fine.

The bathroom and sink area did not have any towel bars. The room had a king-sized bed, and there was only one lamp on one side of the bed. There should be a lamp on both sides.

How quick and friendly staff was checking us in. Alex and Tammy was amazing we will be back again very kind and professional 👏

The only thing I don't like in our shower was no shelf to put h Shampoo or wash I would suggest a dispenser in shower like other hotels providing Shampoo conditoner and wash

Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very welcoming! The hotel as a whole was very clean.

Rooms could be updated but was they were very clean!

Breakfast was appealing, hot and abundant although there could have been more egg choices. Coffee was good. Cleanliness every where was outstanding. Staff was friendly and helpful.

TV did not work which surprised me. Could have used more towels.

The continental breakfast was out of this world best we ever had. We were treated very good.Thanks to all working at Quality Inn Easton Maryland.

Nothing, we were treated like human people & every one working there cleaning persons where very polite persons at desk treated us very professional I’m giving Quality Inn Easton Maryland a 10 meaning excellent

Clean, nice staff

Metal frames holding mattress stick out so be careful and nice place but overpriced for that market at 161 a night pre tax.

I had a reservation with another motel on the same street and was hoping to check in early, that other motel had a note on the front door that they were not there and would return at 3:00 for check in. That let me know that early check in wasn't an option. I got on my phone and set up the reservation with Quality Inn and canceled my first reservation. The experience with Quality Inn was wonderful - the greeting as I entered the door, the friendliness of the staff, and the rooms were just want I needed. I have friends in Easton and I would be happy to stay at this Quality Inn again.

There was nothing that I can say that is a negative!

We booked here for the location and the pool however the pool was indisposed the entire trip. If I knew this I honestly wouldn’t have book here it was very unfortunate and should’ve been listed!!!!

I was the breakfast could of been better like pancakes 🥞 and Eggs 🥚 and Bacon 🥓

I wish the hotel 🏨 had a better TV like an upgrade but everything else was good like the swimming pool was nice clean and clear I enjoyed the pool
