I canceled my stay at another property, booked at the Hampton Inn; the employee that checked me in was able to navigate and overcome a potential issue, book me my reserved room, only a $10 incidental surcharge, and I had a great room in under 5 minutes tops. Hotel was quiet, room was almost adjacent to the elevator, perfect for my business trip.

the "office" chair in the room was non functional.

Good morning. From the moment we checked in. We were met with a beautiful Janece who checked us in. So friendly and helpful. Every morning we were welcomed to breakfast from Carlos who was a gem. Looking forward to coming back. Great breakfast. The coffee and cookies was a great treat at the end of the day

Loved everything and every body.

Great location for us. The hotel was VERY clean in every area! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom was immaculate.

Maybe a little dated in decor and fixtures, but that changes with time. The extreme cleanliness made up for it, and was impressive.

Short walk to convenience store and more. Very clean though out hotel, OK breakfast, could have have been better, coffee was weak. Brought carryout coffee from convenience store. Great in room air condition, comfortable bed. Very clean throughout hotel. Well maintained property. Abundant parking and FANTASTIC STAFF!!

Breakfast was fine. Wish you had offerings of hot tea.

I would have liked an arm chair in my room To sit and read. Disappointed there was not a mini fridge in room nor an ice bucket. Again, tea bags in room would have been nice. Hotel

Clean, comfortable close to race location in st michaels

Clerk in morning not very friendly - wanted late check out and not allowed. Second clerk NINA very nice and helpful with dinner suggestions. She was much more pleasant to deal with.

The location was perfect. The breakfast was just okay. I didn’t enjoy the egg with cheese or the chicken sausage. I loved my coffee and it was the best part of my day.

The breakfast choices could be better.

Breakfast was good. Wish there were more to go items such as Danish or Cinnabons/Honey buns, and muffins.

Mini fridge had previous guests beverage in it but otherwise fine.

I loved the staff. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Since there is limited space for a sizable pool, I would rather there be a hot tub instead.
