Easy to find, right off 494. Pleasant lobby, generous breakfast area, good coffee with flavored creamers, freshly baked cookies and water available at front desk area. Also comfy beds, and friendly staff. Two pools onsite. Nice, hot whirlpool. Clean swimming pool.

Secondary outside doors not locked at night, no towels in pool area, no phone in room, customer service is by text. This would concern me if I were an elderly traveler who didn't have or know how to use a cell phone. No clock in the room or the pool area. Breakfast worker did not speak English, not his fault at all,. He needs an English speaking co-worker or mentor. Breakfast fruit featured apples only. No yogurt available.

Good location. Good value. Rooms were nice with frig and microwave. Nice sheets and towels.

Breakfasts were not consistent - eggs and sausage were cold, toasters didn’t work and breakfast area was freezing! Gym didn’t have any weights or mats. We stayed 4 nights and our room was never serviced even though our welcome message said every 3 days. Our king bed had queen top sheet, so didn’t work do well with 2 people.

The email I received upon arriving stated the rooms would be cleaned every three days. I called down to reception and was told I needed to request cleaning. When I did the cleaners still did not come. I finally tracked them down and had to insist they change my sheets and bring clean towels as I stayed there a week.

We appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who were quick to respond to our questions and our request for extra bedding! The breakfast is very good and they have a wide variety of items which was nice since we had little kids with us. We like the quiet location (minus freeway noise) and it's close to stores, restaurants and walking pathways.

One of the pools was closed which meant that the pool that was open was jam packed with people on the weekend and was so loud. We didn't use the pool/hot tub because of this which was a bummer for the kids! The other thing that would be a disappointment for people who like to watch TV is that there were very limited channels available. We asked the staff about this issue and they said the provider was having issues with the service so it was not something that the hotel itself was responsible for.

It was alright. Breakfast was good the pool and hot tub was ok.

The beds are hard we woke up with a backache. The room we were in were a little dirty when we got in. I had to gl ask the housekeeper for more towels and toilet paper. The elevator seems like it's not working right one of the times I thought I was gonna be stuck inside.

Overall, it was good. My only beef is was that the internet went down and the people at the front desk could not do a thing. You'd think they would know how to reboot the modem or fix the issue. it took over 8 hrs to bet the internet back, unacceptable. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Everything was great to check in, breakfast, the 3 days we were there and checking out was easy.

The first room we has smoke detector was beeping and no lights on a lamp. The second room TV wasn't working, was weird we didn't call in about the TV but when we returned to the room TV was working. Easy transition to a new room.

The orange juice was terrific. The breakfast room was always clean.

Our first morning breakfast was very crowded. Our last morning there was no waffle batter, the oatmeal was one thick glob, there were only two or three bagels. We would have liked a handicap bar in the tub, although the surface was not real slick. The height of the toilet was really low for older people.

They had a lovely every day changed warm breakfast Menü.

We had a couple off nights, where other guests were very loud while they stayed in the lobby area. The breakfast buffet was running out off food items, after having a lot off families staying there from Friday to Saturday. In our opinion food supply was not correct calculated?
