The room was clean, including the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, fresh and organized.

We understood that this was a "pet friendly" hotel. It was very evident. Lots of folks with well-behaved pets. (Owners, too.) Only issue was that while we like pets, my wife has allergies (to them) and even riding in the elevator to our floor, with no pets in the elevator when we were in there, her eyes and sinuses were affected. Not terrible, but noticeable. Would have given a higher score if not for that. Nothing against the pets, owners or hotel. It was our choice. We may even stay again (just stock-up on allergy meds and/or take the stairs.)

I really enjoyed the breakfast—there was a good variety and everything was fresh. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy. I appreciated how well everything was maintained and how relaxing the atmosphere felt during my stay.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there were a few minor issues. The room could have used a bit more soundproofing, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times. Nothing major, but worth noting for future improvement.

The staff - all very helpful. It was very quiet, despite being near the highway. We liked the breakfast. Everything worked (refrigerator, lights, clock, AC), which sounds like a small thing but we recently stayed in a motel where nothing worked, so we appreciated this one.

The bathroom - the door didn't shut without sticking or making a huge racket; the veneer was peeling off; the shower curtain wouldn't stretch (or stay) to the ends of the rod. Water took a long time to get hot.

The room was clean, towels were fresh and soft. The entire facility, from eye sight, is very beautiful, clean and smells wonderful! Quiet and the location is great. They have breakfast. Breakfast is a 3/5 for me. I would recommend. The price is also very good for this stay.

I was looking for a flaw and the only thing that I could think of was the cable t.v and the remote did not work. I think it may have been broken. Only the a few buttons worked.

A manager came in the next day and save the moment because the deaf person the day before was very rude very rude I started to leave one of your hotels that I registered in 45 minutes before he was very nasty so I booked another hotel when you drive a long way you don't want peoples booking you in so when you have deaf people need to train them to be better host

Very spacious room, comfy beds, soothing lighting, carpet was amazing. All amenities were present like fridge, microwave, iron, iron board, hair dryers, and toiletries. Lobby is amazing and gives a welcoming appearance. Breakfast was excellent with ample choices of egg, sausages, cereals, juices, pancake, waffle, milk, yogurt, and coffee/ tea etc. Location is best, you can explore Ridgedale Mall as well that is 10 minutes drive.

Pool would make this property a 4 star.

The room was great, and perfect for someone with mobility issues. The rails in the bathroom were helpful. The height of the bed, which is something often overlooked in handicapped rooms, was perfect.

There was an incident between a guest and a staff member that was a little weird. Admittedly, the guest was being unreasonable, but the staff member's reaction was unprofessional.

The sausage and egg breakfast seemed rubbery while the biscuits and gravy went cold quickly. The staff was nice and accommodating.

The hot breakfast is mediocre and gets cold quickly. The hotel location is out of the way of places to go and things to do.

I have stayed here a few times the staff is very friendly and always willing to help the rooms are good size and the beds were comfortable not the best but I think better than a lot of other places the breakfast is always good

I wish they had a hot tub or a Jacuzzi suite and the elevator is definitely slow very slow lol but otherwise wonderful place to stay

My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I slept great. My continental breakfast was very good, and this was the best hotel coffee I think I have ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I really enjoyed the wooded area view out of my window.
