The breakfast was great! The location was great easily accessible to the venue of the concert! The room was clean and the staff was very very helpful.

When I booked the room on booking.com it said that it was a two room suite with living room in between. When we checked and it was one room with two beds, and a pull out couch. I felt like it was false advertising on booking.com, and I wasn’t pleased with that. We had five people in the room and it was very tight quarters. I was pleased with the location and the hotel. They didn’t have anything to do with my complaint. What I am unhappy about is that booking.com failed me as a consumer and led me to believe the room was better than what it was.

The room was nice, clean and the staff were friendly. We were only there for sleeping. The free breakfast was really good.

They “overbooked” due to extended stay guests staying longer so we didn’t get a room with a couch bed. They didn’t have a roll out bed to offer. Luckily, one of our guests decided not to stay otherwise someone would have had to sleep on the floor and there were no other rooms available. The gave us a lower rate. Overall it was good enough with 2 queen beds.

I will call and book thru the hotel next time. The room advertised was not what I thought it was. But the staff and hotel experience was great.

Room was quite a bit smaller than what was advertised thru Booking.com

*No hot tub at pool area. Not cleaning the room each day or more frequent during stay (we didn't talke to the front desk on this). *Quality of breakfast food on some items. *Some noise level (cleaners cleaning early and sound transfer through the walls).

Enjoyed our quick night stay. Good location and easy to get too. Breakfast was good, lots of options Front desk staff was accommodating..

The pool was closed on the night we stayed which was a bummer but we did get two rooms instead of the one we originally reserved, because of some room maintenance they were short, so that worked out very well for our family.

Nathan at the front was great! Super helpful and got us in quick even with a big line! Room was very spacious, cleaned really well.

TV could definitely use an upgrade. Also, the way it is hung it was nearly impossible to get an hdmi cord in from my laptop to watch movies.

My only issue was when the train went through twice with their horn. Nothing that can be stopped so it is what it is.

The property itself is very nice. Enjoyed our stay felt very relaxed.

Nothing that they can change, but the entrance to the hotel is a little wonky if you don’t know your way around these parts

Good location, very quiet. breakfast sausage was good. rooms were clean and spacious.

breakfast could have been better. scrambled eggs or bacon would have been nice instead of cheesy pre packaged omelettes 2 days in a row. coffee wasn’t very good. better variety of creamers would have been nice.
