Very nice place, fully functional and equipped apartment. Good location, just outside the city center and with bus stop outside the door. In addition, we received an email from Sonder with info about city's celebration, that we didn't know. We wouldn't have gone without it.

The only thing I could mention is the cleanliness - it could have been a little better, especially floors, but it was very nice place anyway.

The building was nice had lots of things to do and great amenities of home!

The lack of parking was terrible! The worst part by far having to walk 1-2 blocks just to find parking!

I was on the top floor and the view in my room was beautiful and the stores around the apartment were great and the food truck was great to

No tv in the bed room and tv wasn’t Netflix or amazon ready

property was cozy and the big windows let in so much light with a great view from the living and bedrooms. we really appreciated the ready to use kitchen as well.

we had a rental car and parking was really hard to find. the neighboring parking lot towed our rental when we forgot it overnight. and street park was almost impossible to find

The space is convenient to public transport and a grocery store. It is outfitted with basics of what what one would need for a week there. The room is surprisingly quiet.

The room was poorly maintained and felt dirty: scuffs on the wall, a weird CUT on the door, carpet felt used and worn, dishes not super clean upon arrival, couch felt worn and gross, and bed was cheap. Had an allergic reaction to the sheets. The area of the building is also not great for the price. Lots of noise and vagrancy. Saw a man sleeping in the lobby one morning. Do not recommend staying here if you’re hoping to jump into downtown or walk the area. The Sonder info on parking is INCORRECT and they weren’t helpful. One can park in the neighboring lot from 10pm-5am. There is no paid parking on street; instead, drive one block up and it’s residential free parking… but the area is a little sketchy. For same price we could have stayed at Nicollet Island B&B which has way more amenities, nicer area, clean with sheets changed daily. But closer Sonder for gym and kitchen— both not nice.

An exhaust fan was broken and was incredibly loud. Instead of fixing it, they said that they get a lot of complaints about it. So they know about the problem, but do not fix it. Instead they told me I could turn off the power from the circuit breaker, which cuts all electricity to the lights, television, etc. The hallway smelled very bad (moldy), and there was a basket of dirty clothes in front of the door. I was told that I should move it if I don't like it. All the furniture is incredibly uncomfortable.

Apartment was not as pictured. Not comfortable at all. Not clean & didn’t have enough materials for my stay. I paid a lot of money for no parking.
