i was quite pleased with my stay- There was a problem with the door to my first room and actually got locked in for the night which I didn't realize till morning when I tried to leave - the phone also didn't have a dial tone. I used my cell to notify the desk. The staff acted rapidly, assigned me a different room and compted me with 2 breakfast passed. Equipment fails at times through no fault of staff. They acted rapidly, professionaly without any negative vibes. I was impressed with their actions and would highly recommend them. I will definitely use this hotel again as I have family living in New Hope and come from Vermont at least yearly.

That there wasn't an outlet on the right side of the bed. I have to sleep on my left side due to a broken collarbone on my right side and I wear a CPAP at night. I ended up sleeping on my back on the left side of the bed so I didn't sleep well even though the bed was very comfortable. My CPAP machine ended up on the floor because of how it wasn't aligned with my body. It also made getting out of bed difficult for me due to my injury. please have an oulet/USB connector placed on both sides of the bed in a room where there is only one bed. Both parties may wear CPAPs and need the outlets.

We actually moved to the Sheraton from a nearby La Quinta because the conditions were remarkably better at the Sheraton. Unfortunately we found some small insects in the bed on our last day. We reported it to the front desk. They were supposed to make sure the sheets were changed & the room cleaned. Instead when we returned that evening nobody had even visited our room. The bed was unmade, the towels were still in the tub where we’d left them. The room was untouched. To there credit the night manager, Toby, provided its a different room to sleep in for that night & comped that night for us. I’ve stayed at this Sheraton before & it has always been a good hotel & good value. They were far superior to the La Quinta which was what we needed at the time.

The cleaning staff would tidy up the room but didn’t change sheets, even when we specifically requested it. In fact on that day they didn’t even touch our room after we asked them to.

Very good location near shopping, dining, even an area for a walk. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

It was pretty noisy right outside our room with other guests and the cleaning team talking (and we heard every word). Other than that, we were comfortable

We stayed on pool side. With all the humidity from the pool we couldn’t cool the room enough. Plus the toilet kept sweating. Always water on the floor.

The staff were excellent. They were friendly and took care of our needs. The beds were superior quality. The hotel was in a quiet area, even though the freeways were very close. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance.

We had difficulty regulating the temperature in our room. it was always cold. The TV system could have been better.

We had to cancel at another hotel at the last minute as their pool was broken and Sheraton was very accommodating. Great pool area and very comfortable rooms.

The charge for breakfast. The buffet wasn't any more special than buffet breakfasts that we get at other hotels for free.

Clean, great location across from mall. Accommodated room requests quickly and effectively.

Low toilets. Breakfast nice-bit overpriced Corner Pantry was very expensive. $6 for a candy bar??

Very comfortable bed and bedding. Quiet. Good location next to Mall.

The buffet was canceled the day I stayed. Not enough guests.

The location was fantastic across the street from Ridgedale Mall and was only 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis.

Only thing we didn’t like was room was warm 73 F when we checked in and you couldn’t use the thermostat to adjust temperature down as it was in winter mode till June , we obtained a fan from front desk which helped abit .
