The breakfast was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable.

The first item was at the front desk. It took 10 minutes to check in. We had a prepaid reservation, and the clerk had quite a bit of trouble finding it. The second item was the folks staying across the hall. Apparently, as a general rule, things are supposed to be quiet at 10 pm. I was rudely awakened at 1115 pm.They were in room 128. I informed the clerk. She did not follow me down the hall to hear them. I felt brushed off by her. I knocked on the door twice, and they finally settled down. My only complaint is the clerk did not do her job by immediately following me down the hall to address the problem. I should not have had to knock on their door to resolve the situation.

Seems like it recently got remodeled. Bedding was soft and bed was comfortable. Small gym was a plus. Breakfast was good, there was a hot selection such as cheese omelets and ham along with the usual cold breakfast items like muffins and cereal.

Walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbors if they are talking loudly. I would talk softly in the rooms to respect your neighbors.

From the first step into the hotel - the fresh, clean smell.... the staff was friendly, professional, courteous, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was exception every day. Quiet inside and from the outside. Rooms were very comfortable and roomy for what you need. The only little thing that they could have is a light or medium roast coffee as well. It was very bold and strong, a little too much for us. Keep doing what your doing we look forward to another stay and would highly recommend it .

I Really appreciated the healthy breakfast items! Wish the egg white omelettes were served more often. Good location. Re check in and out: Female staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

No windows in gym. Would have used it if not so stuffy. re check in and out: Male staff needs to try to smile and be more friendly.

Good assortment of hot food for breakfast. We like the location it was near a pub that we really enjoyed after the clerk had suggested it. Also, it was close to our destination appointment. Nice shopping nearby.

We booked the motel online and got a confirmation. When we arrived at the motel it had not been received by the motel so we had to check in through the clerk. Luckily we weren’t in a hurry and not too tired. The walls were a little thin could hear people coughing and talking in the next room

Check in was easy, staff was pleasant. Room was clean .no offensive odors. While not a big issue, we could easily hear people and noise outside the room

While we appreciated coffee as we are big coffee drinkers the coffee In the lobby was beyond strong and the coffee maker in room 106 did not work, there was no one at the desk when we checked out to tell.

Seemed silly to have the hand soap dispenser on the wall of the handicapped accessible bathroom. Doesn't seem very logical. And the lighting where the mini fridge & sink were was very poor. It also would be helpful to have slightly darker shades on the window for sleeping.

Great location, rooms were nice and updated and a great breakfast.

While we were the second elevator went out of service which put double the use on the other working one but that was out of the staffs control. Otherwise great

motel had a nice variety of breakfast foods to meet our needs. The juices were slightly watered down.

bathroon sink stopper didin't seal properly that allowed water in basin to slowly empty into the drain.

Great area: restaurants, gas stations, access to HWY, all great. Rooms have been updated and breakfast area was great.

I went after they had gotten a good amount of snow. In that area, I expect that the driveway and sidewalks should be cleared and safe. The driveway was solid ice and unsafe.
