I like the place because of its location and clean environment.

The first day at night, the staff was very odd behavior wise. She could talked to me just any how. Just needed instructions in the bathroom concerning the flow of water in the tub to shower but rather told me "SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND IF I'M NOT SATISFIED, I SHOULD CHECK OUT OR FIGURE IT OUT FOR MYSELF AND SHOULDN'T CALL THE OFFICE LINE WHICH IS 100 AGAIN ". Her act was very odd!!!

I loved that the location was right near where I wanted to be (okay, shopping, hahaha). But I also loved that it was a quiet suburban spot - as a person who lives rurally and was traveling alone, I'd experienced a lot of homelessness in cities and just sketchy folk whenever booking into "cheap" motels. This one was not that - it was super reasonably priced, but it was quiet, in a suburban neighbourhood yet super close to the interstate, and the rooms were clean. No sketch around, which I felt grateful for. I also actually did not mind the cash deposit at all as I am not a credit card user (for loads of reasons).

It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning.

Room updates were nice and comfy beds and the hotel location is safe for us with our travels to the metro area as inner city hotels, even 4-5 star we have personally found are unsafe with questionable folks that wonder, high thefts in cars and car parts is a worry and questionable circumstances with over all room and building quality and security. We arent picky and/or judgemental, but we feel very safe for ourselves and our property at this location. Quiet slow streets yet very close to shopping and restaurants just a quick mile away.

Strong stake cigarette smoke/third hand tobacco smell in lobby from first and second smoking. We stay there often and inside the actual rooms they smell clean and no cigarette or other odd smells.

Nice environment, you would not even think that anyone was here. 24 hour on-sight caretaker, the best restaurants and shopping all within a one mile radius and a very caring and friendly staff.

I couldn’t understand the remote control for the TV at first, but the onsite care taker showed me what I was doing wrong. Other than that, nothing

It was fine for what I paid. TV worked well after the desk clerk taught me how to use it. 😅 It was warm and comfortable.

Coffee was either purchased at the gas station across the street or Perkins next door. As I had stayed there before, I got some at the station and saved it over night to microwave the next morning.

Good location, good security, room provided for handicap was close. We stayed 2 nights ,the bed was very comfy, and made the next day. For the most part, it was a good value, and a fair place to stay.

The Cleaning staff needs to be taught how to clean. Our bathroom was dirty, from the toilet to floor. I asked for it to be cleaned, it was done guickly, but not a good job. The bathroom door acquired white splashes covering 1/2 way up the door. The soap provided, left a lot to be desired, and the kleenex box was empty. The 2nd day, after searching for a while, we found the TV Remote in the middle of the bed, UNDER the bedspread.

Property was simple but clean

I would like it if they had either a coffee maker in the room or pot in the lobby. A bit of a hassle to drive somewhere to get your coffee in the morning

I'm not my girlfriend and it was a convenient place to meet We live 3 hours apart

I don't think the accommodations were worth the price I think it should be a little cheaper

Location was excellent for me. Great Wifi, great HDtv in room, big frig and good microwave.

housekeeping gufaw, No toilet paper in room, had to go to the desk, kind of embarassing.

Rooms were clean staff very friendly and quiet. The only thing was it was such a beatiful night and we wanted to sit outside but there was no where to sit just the curb. We thought if they got some bench or table even couple chairs would have been nice.
