I had stayed here for almost 2 months and I'd say as far as the price was definitely reasonable compared to the other hotels around plus when I first got to the hotel I had to move my room due to an ac issue but you know that's a given at any hotel that can happen but it's the manor and the way that the staff handle it and definitely made the situation so it was not a burden to me but also made sure that I was happy with how they handled it. Not only that it made a big difference with the staff here they were always very helpful no matter what I was helped out with whatever situation I had even personal I mean very very pleasant people definitely going to miss a lot of them I think that made a big difference compared to all the other hotels around.Staff was very pleasant and helpful all the stuff I had encountered were more than willing to go over the top above and beyond their duties to assist with my stay they made me feel at home and like family.

Could use some updates in the handicap room number 128 the shower should have flexible housing. Some repairs need to be done in a very simple like the drain in the sink was broken you had to return underneath of it in order to get to pop up. The shower chair was that an angle going down so it was hard to keep stay on it with only one leg. Some of the furniture was very outdated the decor very dated pink colors yeah look very seventies I would say. The staff was great was able to get things if you needed it. The people around they were staying there the other people if they were weak time or monthly stairs and a lot of them were. It seems like it's kind of a scary type of thing you know when you're not used to it the groups of people and you can smell the marijuana and the cigarettes real bad at the front entrance plus into the check-in area. Otherwise it was comfortable to stay at it was a good night's sleep otherwise no other problems.

The staff went out of their way no doubt about that the room was perfect I have a mobility scooter so I didn't make any difference where it was at it was a handicap first room didn't have a shower chair in it and it would be accommodated that within minutes and just moved across the hall with one in it so yeah very pleased

The staff was very pleasant and made sure they assisted with anything we asked about or whatever was needed and in a timely manner. Very professional and made sure we were comfortable with our stay at all times very nice staff.

Some of the rooms needed new TVs because they need to be upgraded 😕 that's the only thing I can say needed work.

The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean without broken fixtures I have witnessed in other places I have stayed in.

Could not seem to get the water in the bathtub warm enough. Tried adjusting to different levels but it was still just cold to lukewarm.

I'm a sucker for a good bathtub and I've never seen one like the ones here...and the staff the whole crew, but I gotta give a shout out to Naresh for being so patient and understanding with me..they not only leave the light on, they make you feel welcomed and that means more than some big pool, or modern rooms and I can't thank them enough for making my stay feel like home!

an iron would be nice...

The customer service rep was very friendly. She helped ensure I had a solid experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I got to my room. The hotel room itself was well stocked with the typical hotel amenities, nothing crazy, but still appreciated.

The bed was pretty hard, led to some restless nights there. Furthermore, there was a large dog staying there (They are pet friendly) that would not stop barking. Which didn't help the already restless night.

I didn’t like my room floor was lump up and they first room had no air. Had to change rooms no fridge or microwave no rooms .

Shirley the manager she was very very nice i love her. Keep doing what you doing Shirley. I went there for an early check In because im homeless and im not from here im new to the area I had just got a job and needed some where to stay the guy told me there were no early check in. I called an hour later and Shirley got me an early check-in. Thank you so much Shirley.

The price is not worth it because there is no microwave or fridge and i paid almost 200 for two nights we had to eat out and we barely had money for that. And we explained our situation. And we got stuck on the elevator.

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. When leaving for the day they would tell you to have a good day today and drive safe and will leave the light on for you. And when you get back that evening they'll give you a warm welcome back greeting and make you feel comfortable and right at home.

Still need to get refrigerator and microwave in the rooms.
