Hotel is right off the freeway. Has lots of green space, pool, breakfast options for most, water and coffee 24hrs. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our window looked as though someone had tried to open it forcefully and it was broken. Although there is a hot breakfast there was no dairy-free milk for cereal and there was no oatmeal so I was unable to eat anything other than an apple. Pool hours are limited, and there was no hot tub as pictured in the photos. The pet area is full of dog poop from irresponsible pet parents, which was not fun for me or my dog. I believe bags (had my own)AND a garbage can was provided. So if you have a pet, pick up after then for goodness sakes! It's not the hotel staff's responsibility.

Bobbi, our front office lady was exceptional! She treated our team and parents like family. She went above and beyond with all the little things, towels, directions to and from our facilities, which restaurants, gas stations, were the best to go to. Her knowledgeable and gracious attitude towards everyone she came into contact with didn't go unnoticed.

The things that could have been better where cleaning out the rooms, the bathroom grout needs to be scrubbed around the showers, the curtain rods where broke off and there where spots near the air conditioner where the carpet was wet.

The hotel staff were AMAZING and made sure we were able to be in a decent room. Also the breakfast was hot and the staff made sure the tables stayed clean in between guests. Mahendra, Bran, and the lady with glasses were SUPER helpful. They were pleasant in the morning and were very helpful with places to eat in the area.

The only issue we had was a group of loud teenagers in the hall but the management handled it super quickly which was a plus. The hotel in general was a nice stay and the location off the highway made it even better

Cleanliness and breakfast.

The bed sheets gave me an allergic reaction all over my skin… I still have little bumps on my fingers from the bedsheets. otherwise everything else wasn’t that bad.

Room was quiet even though I could see the highway outside the window. Although the room was stuffy when we walked in, the temperature was easy to adjust and the air unit was not overly loud.

Breakfast was mediocre. The staff kept the breakfast area well supplied, but the biscuits were hard and the gravy cold.

The location and price was just right. Breakfast in the morning was well organized and the area was clean. Also, I forgot two pieces of clothing. Housekeeping collected them for me and when I arrived had them in a bag for me to grab and go.

The door to the room seemed to have a lot of play in it when it was closed.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great shower and decent breakfast choices. Good security lightung outside hotel.

Outside sitting area could use some attention. Garbage bins were full, discarded grills had been there for a while and picnic table was very dirty.

Very clean, staff, particularly Bobbi, was amazing and extremely helpful and accomodating while we had to stay another night due to food poisoning on a road trip. 10/10 would absolutely stay again.

I like the breakfast and night shift receptionist is the best and helper as well.

Language part. Most of the rooms service and room cleaning they don't speak English. You need to hire more English speakers. So they can understand with the customers.

Front desk was excellent at check-in made everything comfortable very friendly an informative same with the morning staff
